Sheet dps doesn't mean as much as you think it does. It does not factor in %elem modifires, CDR, or %skill mods. I don't like your build. If you like it, that's all that matters, but I find it disjointed and unfocused.
I find AS to be a pretty useless stat on Saders. A little is fine, stacking is overboard. CDR is the "attack speed" stat we should stack. Attack speed only really benefits your builder, dumping wrath a fraction more quickly is nice, but not game changing, and even then you're only gonna get a few swipes out anyway. Attack speed has diminishing returns on itself. LoV, AC, and 19% from gear? So many stat points wasted. With CDR in place of all that AS you'd have AC up more often and you'd be able to use your other abilities more frequently without having to rely on your swings to do all of your damage.
Crit Chance has diminishing returns up to and post 50%. This is because as you near 50%, and beyond it, each % of crit has a lower impact on average amount of time you crit. At 50% you will crit more often then not, thus lowering each % crit. Anything beyond 40-45% is a bit over kill and you'd be better served with other Affixes on those items. Crit is a gateway stat. It's only purpose is to trigger Crit damage, the actual meat of the damage. Crit is benefitial up to the point in which you crit frequently. This isn't an MMO with 6 minute fights where each % of crit can effect your damage in a large way over a prolonged engagement. This is a burst game. Having enough to crit to crit a good % of the time is all that's needed.
If you're intent is to just crush t1, you're fine. Though whats the point of that damage if you can't survive higher torments. I think your all resist is way to low. Miles to low. So low that you need to work in an entire skill to prevent you from exploding. Find it on gear, use some of those sockets for AR gems.
I emphasize again, sheet dps is near meaningless. All it does is look pretty and give you a false impression of how strong you really are. The true strong damage affixes in this game are %ele, %skill, Crit damage, and CDR. 3/4 of those aren't shown on sheet dps.
