well for the shield who reduce cd by 1 i'm not a big fan.
It's 20/25 % chance to reduce cooldown by 1 sec on block , not each block. so if you have 30% block , you have a chance to proc 6/8% at each hit. Even with 60% block chance, you only have 12/16% chance to proc when you are hit.
Seems very low.
And there is so much damage who are unblockable (molten , plague , desecrator , arcane orbs etc......).
I prefer Coven's Criterion for his High mitigation , or Piro Marella for the -15 wrath cost to shield bash.
True Kalt... while the CDR shield is potentially very strong (especially with the relative strength of CDR on Crusaders) two layers of RNG is a bit much I don't want to have to rely on blocking first, before I roll again to see if I get the 1sec off.
That said... You could easily carry both around, use the CDR shield on huge packs of mobs, where you'll be blocking ALL the time and getting lots of procs, the use Criterion on bosses, where you're getting hit less, but need the mitigation more.
