Wow, I'll try this in S9!!
Bane of the Trapped slows enemies within 15 yards to it procs it's self but you have to be standing on the enemy basically.
Fan of knives and Rattling rolling rune also have control impairing effects. Also if you use a hellfire, you can have the extra passive for thrill of the hunt but that is only an added 1 second buff on top of fan of knives and 0.5 on top of rattling rolling run. Key is when you need massive damage to single target you can't just stand right next to, you need to fire, vault into position, fire again, fan of knives, fire again, vault out, fire again. You use the Dawn + Fortress Ballista setup for pushing. The piercing effect of the Buriza-do lets your damage multiply and hit 2nd and third targets.
In a group setting you could use Calamity in the cube to buff you and your team by 15%.
@Hima9 Numbing Traps passive.
Remade this build for bounties. Used Endless walk set + Unity. Stripped off Numbing traps passive and switched it for Tactical advantage. So TXIII going well
Actually, because it uses the Thrill of The Hunt passive multi-shot and vault slow mobs when they hit them. So, since it basicaly always hits the same mob more then once it has the 1st hit slow them which in turn causes every hit after that to do extra dps from things like bane of the trapped and cull the weak. Anyway, the point is if you are still using thrill of the hunt your spenders that do dps will slow mobs regardless what rune they are using.
I play DH 2.6.6 Season Paragon 2000+
I noticed many mistakes in your build and provide some solutions how to better do fast Bounties
1. The Cindercoat as Armor (cubed) is a total waste (doesn't Increase Fire Damage only Fireskill RCR), as you do not suffer low Hatred in this build, during Bounty, Rifts or GR, you waste an important Kanai's slot.
>> How to Fix mistake 1:
a) Gloves of Worship 10 min Shrines are incredibly usefull doing 5 Bounty Caches, as you finish 5 acts under 10min in a 4 man group (extra CDR, MS, AS, Toughness is the best effect you want)
Krelm's MS belt -> getting 25% MS permanent without need to proc shrines (with Molton Wildebeest's you wont get any damage and MS reduction)
c) Leoric's Crown for increased CRD, thus Pure cooldown = Damage (speeds up Bosses like Malthael)
d) Visage of Ghunes if you want a lot of toughness and prefer a lazy playstyle one handed, Just set Skills on mouse 1-6 and force move on mouse 7
2. Most of your passives are wrongly picked. Doing Bounties MS is all you want.
>> How to Fix mistake 2:
Passives: Tactical Advantage, Hot Pursuit are mandatory
Depending on your Choice of element you adjsut other 2 Passives
Best solution is to play Cold Damage: You add Cull of the Weak 3rd (20%) + your BotT always procs also in 60 yards range and you do not need thrill of the Hund, as 4th Passive you can use Steady Aim (more damage hence more speed) or Cheat Death if you are to lazy to avoid Moltens on the Ground
3. Wrong Gear Choices. Amulett, Bracer and Rings
>> How to Fix mistake 3:
As Bracers Warzechian Armguards provide better speed, and you do not need more toughness to speed clear Torment XVI Bounties
Alternative are Lacuni Prowlers for more Attackspeed (kill speed -> shorter bounty clear time)
As Amulet there is no need to have a 5th passive at all, therefore you equip Squirt's Necklace (prefer Cold > Phys > Fire) and free the second Kanai's slot you wasted this way.
As Rings and Jewelry Slot in Kanai you have 3 options now.
1st Ring of royal Grandeur (mandatory)
2nd Stone of Jordan (prefer Cold > Phys > Fire) (best in slot) 30% faster Elite Boss Kill + 20%(60%total) Elemental Damage + 10 more disciple which extremely pumps you total DPS.
3rd slot can be a cubed Amulett like Flavour of time for doubling damage speed immortality Pylons or a Star of Azkaranth to be imune vs all Fire (perfect for lazy play) or and CoE for 200% extra damage during cold rotation (speeds up Act Bosses a lot)
An Obsidian Ring is another total waste of slot, as you never encounter any CDR based Problems in an UE Speed build.
4. The biggest mistake for a speed build are the skill you picked.
>> How to fix Mistake 4:
Seethe is correct, Invigoration is correct. The other 4 Skills need to help with clear speed and MS through long/wide Bounty areas (such as "clear stage 2" bounties)
First get rid of a Generator Attack (you do not play Focus and Restraint, hence it is a wasted slot)
Use Smoke Screen - Displacement instead
Vault skill needs to use the Tumble Rune (mandatory for any speed build)
Multishot - Windchill of Course adjusted to Cold Damage, to proc Gems and Passives at every distance
Companion go with the bat, if you every face Hatred issues (due to a bad BOW or too low Gear damage) better go qith the Ferrets for another 10% MS
Lasty if you dont like the Vault mechanics swap it to Shadow Power - Shadow Glide for a constant 30% MS increase.
5. Dawn in the cube !!? on the first side you would thing of course I need Dawn, but there are better choices
>> How to Fix mistake 5
There are 2 options which are better for any Bounty, Rift or low GR (under 85) speed farm UE DemonHunters than Dawn
1st: Cube Envious Blade : 100%Crit one every first shot is huuuuge ! You kill every T16 trash with one single Multishot, thus you never waste hatred and the choice feels really rewarding speeding through the map like a one hit WoL Monk
2nd: Cube In-Geom, the Benefit of this choice is that your Prepartion skill is up almost all the time, and you run on full Discipline (many people forget that your current amount of Discipline (not your max amount) is your Bread and Butter damagewise in any UE Build, you should aim for total 88-96 Discipline to play effectively, while Vaulting and speedign around you should get a feeling for keeping Discipline above 55-60.
Lastely if you Consider to to group bounties you could also cube a Furnace and only go for all the BossFight bounties, while your team does the rest, but this is not advisable for public games.
I hope my solutions will help to get a better understanding of how to speed Bounties more effectively and make the runs more joyful!
