This is the "God Monk", updated for 2.4.1. This build is the fastest in the game for getting from A to B while still being able to clear T10 at a nice speed. If you need to do bounties, stay and listen.
If your gear does not meet the requirements to keep dashing endlessly (at least 55% CDR, 45% RCR), you can always drop Envious Blade for In-Geom. This allows the build to be played with worse gear, but it also forces you to hunt for elites to keep the In-Geom buff up.
If you are lacking damage, you can change your rings to Focus & Restraint, but losing the pickup radius from Avarice Band is a huge loss in terms of rift clear speed.
When your connection is very good, you can also go for Flying Dragon over The Furnace in the cube. Keep in mind, however, that this further increases the CDR and RCR requirements, so In-Geom becomes a must have.
The passive skill on the hellfire amulet is Seize The Initiative. Of course this can be swapped with any of the other passive skills used by this build.
Basic game-play strategy:
- Keep your buffs up.
- Attack every so often with your generator.
- Dash, for as long as you are not out of resources.
- Enemies might take more than one Dashing Strike to kill, so you might have to dash 2-3 times on the spot for elites.

Can confirm it doesn't really work at low paragon. It's perfect at p200 doing bountys in t7. But forget T10 till much later.

lmao, what? i'm one ancient weapon from being able to wreck t10, no augments yet either. your cdr and crc doesn't need to be that high if you have a decent ancient geom, I don't use envious blade either.
This build is actually total trash and under no circumstances anywhere near as good as swk.
I tried it for a bit. Decent for a change of pace. Was able to very efficiently run T8 with 57 CDR and 45 RCR. T9 wasn't bad either. T10 was inconsistent. I could clear a 10 GR in anywhere from 2 and change minutes to over 6 depending on mob spawn and how many times i get randomly one-shot.
Edit: I get that a major portion of the toughness is from goldwrap/boon and that doesn't work in GR. I just provide those times because I don't keep track in regular rifts of my clear time. However, even in NRs and bounties with this build I've been one-shot if I take the time to collect drops or encounter elites without any gold yet.
i don't think the build is trash, but recommend running some combination of in-geom, fleshrake and crystal fist between equips and cube. And swap out some CDR/RCR for toughness and maybe damage rolls of you want to improve the consistency. Even then, I don't see it being consistently as quick as SWK
I have all the pieces that are "required" but still run out of Spirit. Not sure why, anyone have any idea or would be willing to help?
