Build Guide

Gear guide:

You need perfect RCR on shoulder, obsidian ring and one weapon (3 places) for this build to work, which is 52.01% spirit cost reduction. For this you also you need to use templar as follower for the extra spirit regen. You want secondary resistance on every item that you can get it on for more toughness. You want to aim for three cooldown reduction rolls, preferably on weapon/ring and shoulder. You can swap places on stats like I have myself cause I don't have perfect gear. You will lose some damage though, for max damage you want to get the rolls as the d3planner link.

Gameplay guide:

I use serenity for this build so you can add as much damage as possible on gearset instead of using defensive stats / gear in cube.

You want to be hitting something all the time so you procc your zodiac ring. This will give you enough cooldown to keep epiphany up 100%. If you ever have too much downtime on epiphany you will start to lose spirit.

My usual routine is if I see an elite pack I will go in and hit them a few times to apply stricken. Do one shot at cold with serenity up. Then as soon as serenity is up again I will click it and again try to hit the elite as much as possible to apply more stricken stacks. Usually this is enough stacks to do some big damage on the next cold cycle. You can use serenity two times per cold cycle so try and use it as often as possible.

Try and gather as many mobs around the elites as possible so you get help from area damage. When your not in serenity you can go around the mobs in a circles to keep them gathered, this way you don't take much damage. And when your going to do your big damage on cold you use serenity so you can stand in anything, just try and mind wallers as they can wall you inside and potentially trap you so you die.

This build has highest damage to elites/bosses than any other build for NS. If you don't want to use serenity you can swap it for cyclone strike/implosion/soothing breeze or mystic ally/air ally if your lacking spirit regen. But if your gearing properly you shouldn't need more spirit regen.

For season I'm not sure this is so good build, as your basically using the season buff to kill off all the elites and boss. So the added elite damage from aughilds is pretty much useless.

Enjoy!
