The Known Issues list for PTR Patch 2.5.0 was recently updated.

The Armory
- Swapping Armory sets with the same passive in differing slots causes them to not function correctly
Seasons
- Creating a new Seasonal Hero as the first action you do after updating to Patch 2.5.0 will cause your non-Seasonal crafting materials to transfer to your Seasonal character
