- Sets_Wiz_Opus
- The number of enemies you need to catch in a cast of Slow Time has been reduced from 30 to 20. However, you’ll now need to catch them in a cast 4 times instead of 3.
- Sets_Cru_Akkhan
- The number of times you have to use Condemn on 10 different enemies simultaneously has been reduced from 12 to 10.
- Sets_Monk_Uliana
- The number of marked enemies you need to simultaneously explode with Exploding Pain has been reduced from 21 to 15. However, you’ll now need to simultaneously explode them 4 times instead of 3.

Barbarian
- Seismic Slam
- The Rumble rune will now consume all remaining fury to increase the rune’s damage over time component by 15% weapon damage per point of fury spent
Class Specific Items
- The following class sets received changes
- Crusader
- Roland's Legacy
- (4) Set Bonus
- Damage bonus has been increased to 2500% (from 1250%) damage bonus on Sweep Attack and Shield Bash
- Monk
- Inna's Favor
- (6) Set Bonus
- Damage bonus for each Mystic Ally has been increased to 125% (from 100%)
- Witch Doctor
- Zunimassa’s Haunt
- (6) Set Bonus
- Damage bonus has been increased to 2500% (from 1500%) when enemies are hit by your mana spenders for 8 seconds
- Wizard
- Delsere’s Magnum Opus
- (2) Set Bonus
- Cooldown of Slow Time is reduced by 3 seconds (from 2) when casting Arcane Orb, Energy Twister, Explosive Blast, Magic Missile, Shock Pulse, Spectral Blade and Wave of Force
- (4) Set Bonus
- Damage reduction increased to 60% (from 50%)
- (6) Set Bonus
- Enemies take 3500% increased damage (from 2500%) while inside Slow Time
- The slow and damage bonuses persist on enemies for 5 seconds after they exit Slow Time
- Some existing class-specific Legendary items have been updated to include a unique Legendary power
- Note: Existing items will not be affected by the following changes. Only new versions of the items will roll with the added Legendary power
- Demon Hunter
- Holy Point Shot
- Impale throws two additional knives
- Note: Each enemy can only be hit once per skill use

Uliana’s Stratagem
- The minimum number of enemies players need to hit with a single Exploding Palm for the first Bonus Objective has been lowered from 21 to 15 and the number of times it must be performed has been changed from 3 to 4
looks like a few finishing touches. so, 2.5 in a few weeks, eh? i am sure there is nothing primal to be tested.
Typo, it is Set Dungeons, not grifts, oh god no.
They should remove the mana spender requirement from Zuni. It's not really fun...
Not a fix to be found but hey here's more polish on your turd.
It would be much better if they made it "on hitting with poison dart or a spender, the damage of your FETISHES is increased by x."
The current change just makes it a higher damage and less fun way to watch the op humongoid garg rune whack away some more :/
(Also, buff HT 6pc, then nerf garg+dog by a portion of that buff, then garg humongoid by the same amount again. The goal being to keep garg at around the same power but open up more runes, while also opening up other skill options for HT for the sake of variety.)

Holy Point Shot is not even working with Shadow 6 set bonus.
Are you trolling? How many guys run anything below GR 100 in non season? How many Demon Hunters can play in group? Why my friend would play with me GR 95 when he can play with other friend in GR 105? Do I have to be everyone's best friend if I want to find group as DH? Am I a good friend if I ask them to sacrifice each time because of me?
Wow, that Seismic Slam buff is really nice. Though, the duration on the EQ buff is relatively short, so spamming it is also useful. Definitely interesting.
Would love to understand Blizz's set design philosophy though. Does Delsere really need repeated buffs more than fucking Tal Rasha? That set is hopeless in its current state. It doesn't even combine well with anything, so it's not like there is a good reason to keep it weaker than the rest like there is in IK or Akkhan.
if I play with friends (not clan members, not randoms), as in real-life friends, I give zero fucks about what we are doing. because we play for fun. If I wanna play efficiently, well that's a total different story, I have a different char for that (guess what, it's from a "meta-class").
