PTR Updated Patch Notes - Dec 15th
Blizzard published the updated patch notes with changes from the latest build on the PTR Patch 2.4 - the build that we recently datamined. Check it out below.

PTR-ONLY CHANGES
- The damage range of the Thorns affix on items has been reduced
- Thorns damage granted by socketing a Flawless Royal rank or higher Topaz gem in a weapon has been reduced
- Set Dungeons
- A return portal will now spawn near your location, when you have either completed, or failed a Set Dungeon due to fatal damage, to allow you to retry more quickly
- Several Unique monsters received adjustments to their health to be more consistent with the others
- Armor of Akkhan
- The total number of monsters has been reduced from 205 to 175
- Number of enemies required to be killed while imbued increased from 100 to 150
- Density has been adjusted to create more groups of 10
- The Electrified affix has been removed from the Unique monster
- Firebird's Finery
- Number of enemies required to burn has been reduced from 45 to 20
- Number of times required to burn has been increased from 3 to 6

- Damage dealt by the Plagued affix can no longer trigger the Knockback effect from the Knockback affix

- Elites can now occasionally drop pieces of Set Dungeon lore

- Their stunning stomp attack now more closely matches the visual
- They no longer perform melee attacks that looks very similar to the attack that stuns
- Increased the amount of experience granted
- Beasts
- Will now charge the location the player was in when they began casting their charge attack
- Bog Brutes
- Will now charge the location the player was in when they began casting their charge attack
- Exorcists
- Their lightning attack should now be easier to avoid
- The damage area of their lightning attack has been narrowed to more closely match the visual effect
- Succubi
- Slightly increased the amount of experience granted
- Winged Assassins
- Their Leap attack should now be easier to avoid
- Will no longer always cast their leap attack as their first attack
USER INTERFACE
- Legendary Gems now display their level on their icons in the Inventory, Stash, and on Urshi's upgrade window
- Added a keybind to expand the buff holder
This doesn't make any sense, can you fix this, I'm confused...?
Yeah those were a typo. They were supposed to be "up from" - it's fixed now.
I'm not sure if you are confused about the typo or the actual meaning of the changes / set bonuses. If it's the latter, then the first set bonus is the increase to the Sentries' own damage, while the second bonus is granted to your Hatred Spenders (and Companions + Vengeance) per active Sentry.
Soooo what were those new datamined gem textures?

that dmg mitigation rune of slow time is worded as if it only reduces the dmg of melee/ranged mobs and won't reduce the dmg of elite affixes cus they are not "monsters that hit you". don't know if it's really a flat dmg mitigation from all sources
Woh with 100% EB skill dmg bonus. now it's obvious to do a EB only build
So after all the nerfs to Thorns, is it even viable at this point or was it just that much ahead that it needed to be neutered in order to bring it in line with the other classes? Same could be said about Firebirds too, really.
Poor Raiment, this is the only attention it's gotten the entire PTR. Still the weakest of the Monk sets and just got weaker.
I feel as though they should've just changed the 2pc to something dealing with Dashing Strike instead of nerfing it, better yet, could've (also) changed Inna's so it actually focuses on skill damage rather than being so open ended to where it can be mixed with and increase anything. The problem with it should stick out like a sore thumb when Inna's, Shenlong's, and Raiment could be mixed on Live but on the PTR it's causing problems. It's like taking the damage bonus from the Endless Walk + reduction from Aquilas and turning it into a 6pc set.
There goes U6 snapshotting. Wishful thinking is they'll use the data to tune the set accordingly now without snapshot interference BUT experience from previous patches says that nothing will happen beyond the buff to Fist of Az - which hasn't done anything for diversity for the set, still locked into the Physical (Sustained Attack) SSS and The Flow of Eternity to even make the set viable (not competitive, just viable); which there's been posts from 2.3 to now about.
Sunwuko has problems from sun up to sun down in not only in the terms of damage but the gameplay as well.

Bit of a typo there, me thinks. 600% is not "up" from 1000%.
it's down and why they nerfed that i do not know, it was not OP
So you'd first get a 300% Bonus to your Sentries alone for the 4 piece, and then another 600% Damage to your sentries, Per Sentry active?
So With 5 active Sentries : 5 * 600% = 3000% plus the 300% from the 4 piece = 3300% damage to Sentries, and 3000% damage to Companions, Spenders & Vengeance?
If what I wrote above is correct, how, the 3000% damage to spenders is only applied to your character right? Or is the base damage of the Sentries doing 3000% damage, and on top of that 3000% damage when they use your Hatred Gens?
