Patch 6.2.2 PTR - Build 20395

PTR Hotfixes Updated

A hotfix was recently deployed to the PTR servers, and the list has been accordingly updated. Note how Cam's Rebuttal was meant to be fixed by this patch as well, but it did not work the way they wanted - so that will be fixed in the future. Read below.

There was a fix for Cam's Rebuttal that went into the mini patch that we pushed today, but it seems it's not quite resolved the issue.
