Patch 2.2.1 PTR Notice

Tyvalir clarified that the current Patch 2.2.1 PTR is meant to focus on testing bug fixes and addressing other minor problems before pushing the fixes live, to make sure no problems occur when the patch goes live. Read below.

As you may have noticed, Patch 2.2.1 recently became available for testing on the PTR. You can check out the patch noteshere, and if you’re looking to participate, you can find out how to do so here.

It’s important to note that, unlike other patches we’ve put up on the PTR in the past for Diablo III, Patch 2.2.1 will be relatively small for the Americas, Europe, and Asia gameplay regions. It’s not going to be a big content patch like Patch 2.1.0 or Patch 2.2.0, but instead will focus on things like fixing bugs and addressing other minor issues players have reported.

Despite its size, we’re still doing some testing that will require this patch to be on the PTR for a period of time. Given the scope of the patch, however, we’ve elected not to open up our PTR Feedback forums. If you’re a fan of testing upcoming content, don’t worry! You’re still welcome to hop on the PTR and test to your heart’s content. And we’ll still monitor our other forums for your feedback to pass on to the development team—not only about the changes on the PTR, but about existing content as well.

Updated Dropsheet for 2.2

Linkitch posted at Reddit a spreadsheet with updated drop ratios and "expected" Blood Shard prices in Patch 2.2. These spreadsheets allow the user to compare drop ratios within a certain item class. For someone looking to get a Cindercoat, the spreadsheet will tell him what is the chance of a Legendary/Set chest being the one he's looking for when that chest legendary drop triggers. Check it out!

Finally done with the 2.2 update, took awhile this time around. A lot of new items, so I might have made a few errors, if you find any please let me know.

Navigate it via. the tabs at the bottom or top.

Any suggestions or possible errors, please point them out here or PM me.

Note: If you want to make a copy for yourself, go to File > Make a Copy. This might not work if too many people are viewing the document at the same time, only solutions I know of is to come back another time and try again.

Note: If you cannot navigate the list with the tabs at the bottom, the document has probably been forced into HTML only mode. That happens when there is too much traffic to a document, nothing I can do from my end.

Note: If you are one of those weird people who use periods instead of commas for decimal places. First make a copy for yourself, explained above. Then go to File > Spreadsheet settings and set it to the relevant Locale.
