It seems that a new patch for Diablo 3 will be deployed soon, we couldn't find many changes in the files and this is mostly just a giant bugfixes patch.

I am able to run Diablo 3 at medium/high settings without any issues.
A friend of mine has a 2010/11 PC with an AMD CPU and GPU - and he is having a lot of issues like stuttering.
To me this looks like a problem with AMD components, which is very common these days (battlefield, skyrim etc...).
Although AMD is known for having very bad software/drivers, perhaps you will find a solution on their website.

Why the hell do i have 25 FPS max with all on min and 15 with all on max?
I rolled back to 11.8 (which was my previous driver update), and I have had no graphical issues, or blue screens, anywhere, since then.
Alot of complaints exist on the web of the 12.x drivers being horribly unstable, regardless of which video card you got with ATI.
Yeah I mean most of us have beaten the game already so why do we have to be forced to look at the art all the time? We've seen it and now there's no good reason to restrict us. Unlock it for your account after beating normal with one character.
Windows index 7.9
SSD Crucial M4
Intel i5 2500k overclocked from 3300 to 4500 (stable)
16 GB DDR-III running at 1800 (stable)
ATI HD7970 (not overclocked)
I'm pretty sure that's what can be called 'top-end'
And I have stuttering, I have strong lags with 40+ mobs on screen (especially in a3), I have no clue what the hell did D3 coding team do wrong to make it SUCH a obvious problem.
I wouldn't say that's high, you skimped on the mid range CPU. I would sort out your shitty ATI drivers and see if it starts working better. Goto 3dguru.com and there are some new beta drivers on the website. Do a clean driver install (Uninstall your dirvers, clean the rementants out with driversweeper or something and reinstall). It's quite clear that everyone compaining here is using an ATI card (Short of that guy using an 8 series GT... Which is dated as hell) while everyone with nVidia cards are working fine, myself included (Even SLI is working fine).
Are you serious about CPU? This is the highest-end non-HT processor. A kindergartner knows that HT is totally useless in games, and the only real thing that matters is CPU cache and clock. i5 2x00K series (not including 2600 and 2700 which are obviously worse than 2500k) have insane overclocking ability and can achieve insane clock without any trouble, making it the best possible pre-ivy processor.

I bet you would visit Africa without getting any immunization shots.
No antivirus software is perfect. There are hogs, there are crap detectors - but the number one issue with any antivirus is the end user. Many people do not understand the difference between passive and active protection, or that those terms even exist. Antivirus software is only as good as the user that remembers to regularly apply updates and regularly scan their computer.
If anyone is looking for free antivirus software, try Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and/or Spybot: Search & Destroy. They are not resource hogs and are pretty good at catching things. If you are willing to pay for a subscription-based antivirus, ESET NOD (No Open Door) 32 is currently the best on the market.
If your operating system is Windows XP Service Pack 3 or newer, download and install Microsoft Security Essentials. It's fairly good, too.
The biggest lesson to remember, though, is no one is immune. Just using common sense is not enough because you cannot control the environment that you surf in. Anecdote: My brother is co-owner of a computer and electronic devices repair shop. He is brilliant (and I am not saying this because I am related to him) at it. He still caught a nasty infection because the website he visited had been compromised.
Barbs dont need no buffs, get the gear and you have a sickly overpowered character that can faceroll inferno without much of a problem at all.
It is all in the gear and how extremely well that gear scales for the barbarians. I have seen both types of barbs those that gear correctly and breeze thru inferno without any major problems and those that refuse to use the proper tool for the job and instead goes on the forums and cry that they cant just faceroll it with pure dps stats and a 550 dps 2h.
If you could faceroll it with that last gear it would be TOO EASY and destroy the intent of Inferno.
Glad to see they didnt touch inferno difficulty since it is fine the way it is. And barbs cry less and pew pew more in the correct gear ( hint 2 h with 2500 str and 22k hp isnt going to cut it, You dont have a pocket healer like in wow so you gotta play smart and you can beat the game as well.
