Closed Beta Players - "One of the Chosen" Feat of Strength
It looks like people who were invited into the closed beta will be getting a feat of strength along with a unique sigil after logging in for the first time.

In order to be eligible for "One of the Chosen," you must have had a Diablo III closed beta license attached to your Battle.net account (it isn't necessary to have downloaded or logged into the beta itself). Please note that players who participated only in the Open Beta Weekend, but were not invited to the closed beta, will not receive this Feat of Strength.

Dont worry, you can live vicariously through me, I have the Sigil - I'am one of the chosen. Just search my profile when the game goes live and bask in the glory of those who are better than others.
but when it comes to lollypops and sigils and FoS everyone wants it to be EQUALLY given away??
be reasonable, you live in a capitalistic world mainly.. so you can't have everything another person has... deal with it and stop qq'in
I feel like one Closed Beta testers had all the reward from actually playing the game, showing their friends and etc. This is just a slap in the face saying haha sucker up yours.
Again this my own personal opinion but its how I feel and being a big collector I feel this is really going to make me sad till the 15th. yes after the 15th I will be a bit happier but I will always be sad when I check my friends profiles.
The "others" are just commi-socialist bastards, I agree. This is true capitalism, and Iam damn happy Im the 1%. :Thumbs Up:
Let me introduce you to Obamacare.
Well not EVERYONE got in through simple opt-in luck. There were competitive contests (usually based on creativity), press invites (you could have chosen to work in that profession...if you're too young, lol too bad there's tons of things kids don't have access to), or even if you were a kid could have made a name for yourself in the past as a vblogger/streamer on youtube/justintv etc and Blizzard invited those people too. Plenty of non-luck opportunities.
Also keep in mind this is DIABLO. Which is pretty much all pure stinkin luck. Someone not as skilled as you might beat you to inferno with less time because of better drop luck.
Im willing and able to join any guild or clan that needs elite sigil holders. I dont want to actually raid on a schedule or anything silly like that but I'll be like a mascot of sorts, and you all can take pictures, and put them on your front pages to gain more notoriety - you know - from having a elite sigil member in guild/clan.
And thank you to Diablofans.com for the key.
Damn 10+ million people are going to never be happy again, it's a sad thought really... lets forget about the people who can't even feed them selves let alone play a computer game.
We don't fully know that. They may have required a battletag to have been created ... or something additional to what was stated.
The more I think about it the more I realize: the item system is pretty much based on luck too, so I guess if we don't accept "sometimes you win, sometimes you lose" at this point, we're pretty much gonna be miserable throughout the years playing this game. Some people will spend days farming and find nothing, others will log in and a near perfect item will drop.
Maybe I'm biased because I was in closed beta...but why is everyone bent out of shape over some silly Feat of Strength? We're on the precipice of release here people...who cares about this little shit? Let's enjoy the game.
Because everyone feels entilted to everything. The same people complaining about not being able to get a Feat of Strength and Sigil will be complaining when they can't do nightmare, hell, or inferno and get the Sigil and Achievements for those things. They will be complaining when Blizzard has other limited-time Rewards and they didn't get it.
Or they will get such things and say how those that are whining because they didn't get it are cry babies. Its a video game, it means nothing in the end. This sigil and FoS won't give you any advantage in the game at all. It is not unfair for Blizzard to reward people that potentially helped them test the game and mold it into what both parties wanted out of a game. Its not unfair that you didn't get the reward because you didn't get picked.
You can't have everything. Just like I won't be able to have that legendary you got to drop on your first playthrough of Normal. If you are crying over a FoS and Sigil then you better get a box of tissues because you'll definitly be crying over the way Loot is random in the actual game.
I almost feel bad that something as trivial as this makes you so upset that you wish no one can have or enjoy it.
The real world is going to be a scary place for you some day.
