Official Blizzard Quote:
I have a bunch of info on core issues. I'm having trouble finding on-topic threads to give it out.
Bashiok is a community manager for Blizzard whose job is to communicate with the community and not just report news on Diablo. So as a community, we need to get together and brainstorm some new questions to ask Bashiok. Core ideas to the game is the information he said he has so what questions can we come up with? Everyone needs to get in gear and ask some questions over at battle.net. If you do not have a battle.net account, then ask your questions here and I will relay them them for you.
i hope ill get this right
It was supposed to test the rat's intelligence or something i think.
Funny, don't you think?
I heard there's going to be hugeass piece of cheese at blizzcon. Is it possible for us to wait, maybe? Anyway I'm going for the big cheese really. They'll just distribute it freely too.
go check it out.
Haha.
Lemon juice for me please.
posted on Battle.net for you
You guys are going to jump through a bunch of hoops just so Bastok doesn't have to take the time from his day to think about something new to update?!?
Blizzard has some of you by the short and curlys.
How Blizzard isn't being shown in the light of elitists by internet sites like this is a testament to the control that Blizzard has on its followers, and consequently what they can get away with.
If SOE and the Vanguard rep's tried to post something like this it would be all over the internet how the Vanguard rep's are all high and mighty and disassociated from the player base. Yet with Blizzard, its the players fault that info isnt coming out cause we didnt ask, and you guys agree.

There you go.
Does anybody else having any questions they would like me to ask?
I was keeping up with the forum 6 months ago until I got tired of hunkering down under Blizzard's table waiting for a freaking crumb to fall. I thought I'd check back and see if we fans had been granted any information of value, and this scenario answers my question in full. Not only do we have to wait for a crumb to fall, but we are expected to beg for it.
Why the constant shroud of secrecy? They are working (at least they claim to be working) on a game. They guard every detail from us as though it was a matter of freaking national security. How hard is it to let us know how things are going, what progress has been made, what possibilities are being considered? We love the game and simply want to feel as though we are part of the process.
Here are a couple of questions:
-When will the game be released?
-Why the hell is it taking so long?
Are those "core issue" enough
I hate Bashiok but as far as Blizzard keeping in contact with the community, they are doing more than most. I suggest you just get in a hole and wait for Blizzcon.
Seriously.
