from what i have learned and was told maxing AR so high can be kind of redundant at a point. You could easily roll a bit more vit without sacraficing much AR keeping your AR still high (which yours is extremely) and doubling your life. you wont take double damage just by taking away a reasonable amount of AR and you will be better off.
However if you are bound on staying with that kind of vit, then life regen / LoH will do wonders since your pool is so low.
i got my crusader to 1.2m dps, 14m toughness and i was feeling the same pain. It felt like everyone else was getting so many more browns, and all the ones i did get were very sub par.
Id suggest rerolling a different class. every time i start playing a new class i feel the browns raining down. Dont feed him gear from another class and it feels super rewarding to be gaining a whole ton of upgrades again.
Don't need to use my barb to see more stars on the map. I usually find 3 to 4 legendary per hour with any toon. And not always crapy one my Wizard can tell she just jump +10k dps/tough/healing with a new sword !
The Wings of Valorwill be automatically sent to your existing and any newly created Diablo III characters via an in-game notification starting March 20, 2014.
