    Something was changed it's not rng . Just Blizz doctoring the game hype.

    I noticed yellow weapons alone went from 1000+dps a week ago to 700-800 average now.

    Its junk all day long & back to almost the same as prepatch.

    Occasionally a legendary is ok , but nowhere near stellar like at patch release.
