Yea, I just got a zuni's chest with 178 int/261 vit/35 phys res/74 all res, that raised my ehp by a load. Gonna wait a few more days for things to balance out before I get anything else (as well as the fact that I dont have any more gold to spend, I like to keep a buffer for repairing and such. ) Thanks everyone!
Quick question, would it be better to go for a ruby or emerald in my weapon? (either would be marquise) with 50%+ crit chance?

what gear should I seek to upgrade first? I can do mp2-3 (maybe 4, havent tried) but I definately struggle on mp5, what should I be looking for so I can run mp5-6 well? I know I should upgrade my topaz/switch to a high level emerald in my weapon, but they cost a ton and I only have around 9 mil now, so thats a late goal. Thanks!
Ah, thanks, I was a bit confused about lifesteal/loh. Yea, I guess I should drop the soj, I got it for cheap and it helped me out when I went through mp1 with a friend. Should I go with tal rashas or Tyreals Might if im not looking for IAS? I was thinking tal rashas because of the 3 sockets, but I want to be sure. Yea, my build is kinda wacky because I'm always in archon (since im farming the keeps level 2 in act 3) I just have blizzard because im helping a friend run through hell acts. Thanks for your archon tips, i'll try them out tonight.
And yea, id definitely go for witching hour over a rare belt, but I dont know if I could afford it with my other gear, which is why im stooping a bit low for a few items. Does archons disintegrate proc life on hit? Should I completely ignore IAS if I go full archon, and keep with CC/CD and raw damage? (also, does archon disintegrate proc crits?)
I kept a ruby on because my cc is pretty low, and with the (lack of) gold I have, I cant get a high tier emerald, due to its price difference compared to rubies. I'm also gonna try to get a better triumvirate, I need some more int/damage on that.
So, for a weapon, go for one with loh and cd+socket right? Should I do something about the stone of jordan? (if so, what kind of ring should I look for? I plan on having leorics in the other slot for the xp bonus) Should I stick to tal rashas for my chest, or go with tyreals? And if I dont need the IAS on gloves, should I look for all res or vit next? Sorry im asking all these questions, I'm just lost about what to do. Thanks for your help.

Been lurking on the forums for a while, and I've been shaping up my wizard (slowly), but my dps is still awful (cant safely play in Mp1 inferno without having to run away from every elite pack I find) and i've been wondering what gear I should upgrade once I get the gold. http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Gunpocket-1341/hero/21656259
I currently have a goldskin/xephirian amulet on for paragon 'farming' (which isnt quick at mp0 ) and since I desperatly need gold, (sitting at around 700k because I have terrible luck) I try to get as much as I can, and goldskin really helps me out with that. I sit at around 82k dps (without using familiar, magic weapon, and energy armor), and 102k dps with all those spells on me. (with my actual armor/amulet, the armor being a tal rasha chest, and a rare amulet)
Since im farming act 3,I dont really need a cwww build or anything like that, since monsters are easy to kill and I dont have the right stats to take advantage of that build anyways. But I want to move up to mp2, or above, so I can get xp faster, or maybe get a hellfire ring (a distant dream currently)
So, what should I be looking for statswise? I wrote up a little thing that I researched for a bit for when I get gold (I have a job, so I decided to look into buying some from the rmah) since I have terrible gold income right now. Here it is: http://pastebin.com/7juSptDM
Is this what I should be going for, or am I wrong in general and should I be looking for something else? (Im trying to start out a cwww build)
