Clan TeoN "The Edge of Nowhere" is hosting a Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls Launch event.
Rules:
1. You must be apart of the Clan to participate. (Once you Sign-Up I will send a friend Request to you and add you to clan so that you are able to participate.)
2. You must sign-up before Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls goes live.
3. Only Gear obtained at level 70 can be used for the PvP-Match.
4. To eliminate the in-balance of Paragon Points they must be reset and unused during the PvP-Match.
5. Whobetter will be spectating each PvP-Match and Streaming Live @ Twitch.tv/Dragonhiro89.
6. There are no restictions on skills chosen.
Information on the event.
When Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls goes live each person that is signed up will be placed on a bracket list in the order that they reach level 70. So the first 2 people that reach level 70 will be the first PvP Match-up. After 7 days of the expansion being live I will host the duels (Wednesday April 2nd at 4pm EST) by inviting the contenders to the game with a best of 3 being the winner. You will only be able to use level 70 gear for the PvP Match so Good luck in finding loots before the tournament starts.

It does't matter what device or program is used. If it performs a task that automates portions of the game, it could be in violation of the Terms of Use/End User License Agreement and result in an account closure, if detected. I can not give you permission to use any such device or application. If you choose to use it, you do it at your own risk.
Life Steal is snap shotted from sweeping with and that is what is healing me the entire time.
if i have weapon without lifesteal before activate cyclones and use a lifesteal weapon after cyclones activated then its only direct damage that heals me or cyclones still heal me?
Correct It will not gain lifesteal from cyclones since it was not snap-shotted with lifesteal. Unfortunately
u can add combination strike too (deadly reach foresight for 18% more dmg, and classic fot thunderclap) sbdy also adds third spirit generator for even bigger bonus on comb strike (personaly not sure if its worth it)..
Ahh yes there are quite a few ways to make this a lot stronger but in my experience its not really the most efficient nor the safest so I refrained from other using them.
Hope you don`t think you are good cause you abuse of the game mechanics + you use auto-swap gear script also.
Monks should stop feeling power just because they abuse of this.

I made this video to show people how "OverPowered" this Can really be if done correctly... Personally I think it should be fixed... But all it is just like everything prior is clever use of game mechanics and the use of my Logitech G510 keyboard.
Yes,it should get fixed,but these are not game mechanics,I personally don`t consider they made the Sweeping Wind mechanics work like this voluntary,imagine using this in a PvP Arena game(if we will ever have anything like this), nothing could beat this, this is more likely a bug rather than game mechanics.
It should really get fixed soon.

I really dont think the dmg increase is going to make up for the snaphot when casting flash with our main gear without swapping... But oh well
