I will kind of miss the unique mats required if that's true. I wonder if this is a server stability issue or something with lots of people creating and killing games constantly to find what they need.
If it's true, I'd wager that's at least half of it. I must have created thousands of games by now searching for the correct bounty.

Definitely won't miss it though. The material just becoming a random "Hey, congrats, you earned a bonus 50k gold" would still keep rares exciting when I see them.
Materials will no longer drop, but at least we get a lot of stash space back, so I'm not complaining. Glad they fixed the +haunt bug as well.

Doesnt look efficient on T6 so... no, thank you.
Because efficiency is the only thing that matters, right? Sigh.

Anyway, looks like a fun build, I'll take a look at my stashed gear and might try it later. I find the pet build way too boring and annoying because of the bad pet AI (watching pets munch through weak mobs while the summoners and/or elites are *right there* is infuriating), and while I greatly enjoy the dot build I have been extremely unlucky and cannot get a Quetzal helm at all (seriously, Kadala gave me 4 masks of Jeram and no quetzal so far), it might be an interesting variation. Keep it up!

I have tried Asheara's before and for some reason, I was quite annoyed with it. It might also be that the chicken was throwing me for a loop cause I wasn't seeing any damage numbers over the chickens' heads so I thought they went immune while CC'd.
Yeah, that happens (you can't see damage numbers while they're hexed), but they're definitely taking damage, so don't worry about that.

I wanted to test this out tonight as well. Although I'm not sure if I can incorporate it into the cold/dot build with fetishes. Does anyone know if you equip the ring and use circle of life, do you still get that gargantuan dog?
Yes you do. It's pretty nice for the build, too.

Oh, another question: now that we have a ton of fetishes running around and tanking things, do you think it's still worth it to craft 3 pieces of Asheara's set, or might there be better options now?

Hey I updated this slightly to reflect the fetish changes. They are now quite useful. The proc chance is still modified by the proc modifier on spells (a hidden number), and the cold spells proc them quite nicely as haunt has the highest coefficient possible. The change to make haunt fly 70 yards to another monster when the current one dies is very noticeable in play. Horrify with the armor is even better now.
Hey, I'm a casual player using this build (no Quetz yet, alas), and I really really appreciate it. It feels like an affliction warlock in WoW, which I very much like. Just one thing, you probably want to edit out the part about snapshotting DoTs, since that probably doesn't work anymore, right?

posted a message on Why Nerf/Fix Reflect Damage?
    Quote from Nyarlathotep

And I say it again, WD is the hardest to play vs reflect since it has the best nuke&dps in the game.
OK, now you just gave yourself away. But thanks for the good laugh...

7 x WD in the top 200DPS ?... And WD are the best DPS in game ? Just count the Wizards and DH in the top 200...

Not that I agree with everything else he's saying, but I think in this case he means "the best nuke&dps" as in the best nuke skill in the game, i.e., Zombie Bears - not overall character dps.

posted a message on Why Nerf/Fix Reflect Damage?
You do realize the question is ambiguous, right? As in, I don't see any need to "nerf" RD, but if it's broken, like Blizz claim it is, it should be fixed. Those are different things - if the trash in champion packs are bugged and are reflecting more than they should, then let they fix that. But no need for a nerf overall (unless you think that making pets not count towards RD is a nerf).

posted a message on List of what this game NEEDS. and should already have.
This game needs an offline mode, pretty much. An acceptable compromise would be offline mode for hardcore, but not for softcore. If I want to play hardcore, I want to know that if I die, it's because it was my own damn fault. But having a chance to die because the connection crapped out is simply unacceptable.

posted a message on Need help on Acid Rain WD build
I personally use the Gargantuan (Humongoid), and prefer Plague of Toads (Rain of Toads) alongside Acid Rain. Best thing about the toads is that they ignore wallers - Acid Rain does not.

posted a message on AH Selling rate is low, Help?
Just adding another voice to the crowd, but yes, my AH experience is very similar to yours. I'm not sure it can be helped, really. I remember when the game was new that it was actually rather easy to sell things (even a completely casual player like myself could get by selling not perfect things). Now you need something very close to perfect.
