On season 2, your season-1 heroes will just become non-season heroes, so you can just delete them? The season paragon exp is merged with non-season pool anyway.
I am ok with increasing movement speed bonus to 36% or 48% IF movement speed can roll on all item slots (like MF or GF). That way it acts like hit/expertise rating in wow, where you want to have on your gears, but not too much.
I'm ok with hostile mode only if it's possible to opt out of it proactively (not after I'm attacked). Or if it's mandatory, make the attacker suffers a large combat penalty (maybe -50%dmg and life for the entire game) when he/she triggers hostile flag. Or maybe give 15 minutes warning between the hostile trigger and the time it becomes effective.
I won't use this feature. In online multiplayer games where you play with strangers not friends, I always think of those strangers as a very smart bot. It really creeps me out to play with real strangers that are really human, especially those living nearby.
as far as I Know, that type of damage mitigation is calculated before your actual damage reduction so it goes damage > elite reduction > missile/melee reduction > armor> resist
Since they are all multiplicative, it does not matter which order they go.
Existing affixes drop bad stuffs on the ground so you just have to avoid everything. I would like to see affixes that drop good stuffs on the ground. For example, an affix that makes the elites hit 100% harder, but drops globes that, when picked up, reduces 50% dmg taken. Or may be one that boosts the elites' hp by 100% but drops zones that make you hit 100% more dmg while standing in them.
1) In USA, to sell items on RMAH for real cash (not bliz credit), you need phone SMS thing, not authenticator.
2) Not everyone has a smartphone, so authenticator is not free for those (7$ for physical one).

Entangling with 4-target rune is very useful for kiting elites/ for cull the weak.
Grenade is for gaining for hatred for cluster arrow spec.
Some people use evasive fire 3-target rune.
Spender
Cluster is one of the most dps skills.
Sentry is also popular.
Multi-shot is also popular.
Strafe is good for low MP.
This is not really related, but anyone else thinks that the no-rune version of hungering arrow is the best looking one graphically? Too bad, no one will use that after level 6 or so.
Well, as a no AH user, I ran into 25-30 legendaries in the complete history of my Diablo 3 experience. So, crafting these amulets is not an option for me.
But if you are not an AH user, then your 25-30 tries may give you a better one than the one you are using? Assuming you also didn't get super lucky with amulet drop in the past.
Well, I meant that if you don't use AH, your current gear would not be as good as ah user, and it is easier to replace with crafted one.
