Season 6 probably won't be starting until end of April (they announced that the season will last about 3 months, and it's been only 8 weeks so far).
They deactivate (and re-activate) the drop bonus from time to time, it doesn't mean anything. There will be another 2.4.1 PTR patch, as some stuff needs balancing (looking at Vyr's, specifically).
My guess is another balancing patch soon (end of this week/beginning of next week), including a leaderboard wipe, and unless something terribly unbalanced surfaces, they might prepare for live (i.e., tweaking all the little things and get stuff ready for deployment). If the season lasts exactly 3 months it would end on April 17 (given that it usually ends on a Sunday); but they might also have it a week earlier or later depending on how they feel about 2.4.1. But the patch will not go live after just one week of PTR - no way.

people who thinks necro announcement which will arrive 10 months from now is a big one , have lost their minds, or just love this game no matter they throw at us...
the biggest problem with this game is, it takes 2 weeks for 80% of the players to quit seasons after its start date...
we lose nterest playing because no1 has complete 3 months to spare to compete and farm paragons etc....Its just plain boring...
i am an competitive player but thinking the whole 3 months season competions is impossible...This lead people to belive that more time spent=success
no skill etc included....
solution is to bring mini session season with rewards ... for example
2 hour hardcore session or weekend long softcore season or 1 week softcore season...so the servers keep resetting and u keep restart playing the game and accumulate points accourding to your ranking... And use the points towards in game items such as wigs banners sigils etc...
thats it problem solved....

Here is the build i tested on ptr 2.3.. I wanted do this build since blizzard introduced "the short man's finger" but the ring is only viable with the rune "wrathful protector" which lasts only 15 seconds with a 60 second cooldown. Now we have the kanai's cube and we can work around things better thus i bring you guys my long time "anticipated" build. Zerogarg build! Please note that the build is not technically 100% cooldown, however it lets you summon yr gargs just on time so you can have it up 100 % time..

On this video i would like to share some information about laggy servers and how to dodge them. This information was passed to me by one of my viewers and i have tested it for 20 times. I found that information somewhat accurate , meaning that "noon laggy" servers have determinately less lag. Ill also post the link of the google doc.. I want to say thanks to everyone who has spent time on this hard work.

On this video i decide to venture without lifesteal nor life on hit. It is very EHP dependent due to absence of lifesteeal. I have manage to have 82k hp, 4100 armor and 820 all rez with 5500 life after kill. So this is completely build on fast killing tons of mobs when needed. Basically when you pair the white mobs with elite packs, build works as life steal
