Not everyone is playing some silly bulids with RoT to use only... Honesty when i see someone using Garg instead of Soul Harvest or BBV without SMK... Seriously stop beeing blind by some "awesome" "cookie cutter" bulids and use your brain cells a bit...
There is easy way to make your Gruesome Feast stacks pretty much permament - just need to look at your skill bars a bit. Good luck finding it. Goodnight

Hard to call 4/6 set a "Helltooth end-game guide" ... It's just pretty much standard pet doctor with crappy Hellthooth's instead of Blackthrone's...
I don't even run Blackthorne's set bonus really; it's useless. I find the Hexing Pants of Mr. Yan much better. Kadala gives them out often. So much easier to do great damage with those. Also, I'm shooting for some Ice Climbers now. Those babies are the bomb.

Why do you think they are bad? As a pet doctor you're going to do more damage literally running in a circle to gain the +25% bonus while your pets go, than sitting there casting rain of toads for irrelevant numbers.
- Demonic Essences appear to have a ‘conversion boost’. I did my PTR copy with around 600 and ended up with over 2000. Not sure if bug, Blizzard trolling, or legit, but that’s how it is right now.
At the moment it's because Tomes of Secrets when copied over (my experience with PTR only), is they are converted to demonic essences. I visually confirmed this earlier today, it was a question I had noticed the last time I copied over.
The problem with CAPTCHA is even bots can overcome them. They implemented CAPTCHAs in Asian MMOs and bots are still able to get around them. It's just an endless game of cat and mouse sadly =\
