I just recently came back to D3, like 3 days ago. i had a really small budget left on my account (~20 mil on EU) and bought some gear for a WW build. Now im out of money and I got some problems keeping my WotB up in between monsterpacks (alkaizer route on mp0/1).
Now i don't know what to do with my gear/spec anymore and what to aim for as my next steps. Hope u guys can help me.

Not sure how long you've been away, but inferno was nerfed, and then nerfed again (as I'm sure you've seen by now). Your All Resists are CRAZY high for MP0, and I'm sure you're defense is overkill even for MP1 or 2. Dropping some AR and getting a lot more CC/AS would help out a bunch.
As someone already mentioned, you should get some new gloves (9+ CC, 8+ AS) and an ammy with crit chance and attack speed (8+CC, 8+AS or massive CD). Lacuni Prowlers with out crit are stupid cheap, and they'll help you proc more crits with their Attack speed, you may even be able to get a cheap pair with 3 or 4 crit on them (but I dont know the EU ah prices). If you swap to Lacuni's Prowlers, you could get a lot more STR/VIT on a rare chest with 3 sockets and maybe even some all resist for really cheap. If you're speed farming MP0, you could swap out for a cheap Whitching Hour for the AS/CD (yes I know you'll loose life steal, but you look tanky as hell for MP0/1/2)
My build is FAR from perma-WOTB, but I'm running max exp/MF on a budget till about paragon lvl 40-50'ish while farming legendaries.
I've switched my helm to a basic mempo, and upgraded my lacuni's to 4% CC. My ammy doesnt have much CC and has no Attack speed, but I cant find one anywhere close to this good with MF/CC/AS for what how cheap this one was.
On a side note: Increasing the MP will help you get more ticks per mob and keep WOTB up longer, but its not worth it if your EXP per hour goes down significantly. You can always try a 2 handed weapon rend barb build too. They're less fun than WOTB, but they're very effective!
