All of you guys are arguing over a pointless topic, it's really hard for me to post with ruskak camping these forums 24/7 and reporting all my posts to mods.

I'm not sure why you keep trying to flame me? IF you want to make a public thread, expect opposing opinions. Just because I give a different take than what your agenda wishes to see espoused.....it doesn't mean I am a troll.

Your posts get deleted because they contain inflammatory rhetoric aimed at me and other posters. Just more evidence that you seem to seek blame in rather......odd sources.

Edit: I find it very amusing that Blizzard takes botting so seriously and is very responsive to every single botting thread, yet every single duping thread goes unanswered, ask yourselves which is a bigger problem?

Botting is the new flavor of the week at Bnet. Last weeks it was dupes.

If you had some semblance of patience and a reasonable thought process, you would realize that Blizz attacks duping with the same zeal. Though I would consider duping to be a far more sensitive issue, thus warranting a great deal of tact, judiciousness and silence on the part of Blizz.

    From Blue statement regarding Bots/Cheats and why they don't practice full disclosure at every hiccup heard round the realms;

    http://us.battle.net...ic/7200050113#6

An important thing to keep in mind is that we don't make public announcements every time we action players for cheating, and the reason for this is that we are constantly removing this kind of exploitative behavior from the game -- on a weekly basis, sometimes even on daily basis. Public announcements would become tedious if we decided to make one every single time we banned someone for using a bot, a hack, or some other kind of cheat. Instead, we usually will post something whenever we issue a big wave, or whenever we feel like we need to remind players that exploitative behavior is not okay and can lead to a permanent ban from Diablo III.

Need I remind you who made an embarrassment out of himself on the thread by first starting flaming/trolling to win an argument that you were losing, not only to quickly have mods delete the conversation after you realized how big of a mistake it was.

It's quite simple, public forum like you said, stop getting mods to delete my posts because your not happy.

Detective Mannercookie.. You wouldnt even pass 1st grade on ze detective school. The fact that you can't tell even the most obviousis just meh... Its like moldran when the brimstone price raised due to a bluepost saying they considered to add new shizzle to blacksmithing.. Then obvious alot of people are speculating if gold could be made on it, so prices fly up and down.. And the idiots like Moldran "SHIT the price just dropped 10k per unit, some serious duping is happening". And then all he retarded viewers goes wow duping is going on everywhere, madness... And bla bla bla. And the the duping rumor spreads like tsunami.

You can't take a person, who cannot tell the difference between rollback dupes and actual player dupes. A person who ignores the most obvious facts, since his mind can only say dupe dupe dupe dupe. His blind to facts and logic.

okay, what are you even talking about?

if your going to troll, at least makes some kind of sense.

oh nice of you to contribute, well nothing.

Anyhow, look at my post date of this thread, when I was making a warning about the best neck on USA server will get duped. It's only been 5 days and there's already two top 25 barbs wearing the neck.

Now, whether the duping is rollbacks, server-hacking, lag, and whatever else it can possibly be. It simply doesn't matter, when you have the best items in the game continuously being duped at a very fast rate it breaks the game's economy and the effects will be felt all the way down to the mid-tier and low-tier items as well.

http://www.diablopro...m/item/17730069 <--- keep an eye on this, there will be plenty more in the upcoming days.

http://us.battle.net...04017309?page=1 <- the real discussion is here, for the non-trolls of diablofans.com if you would like to join in the actual discussion of duped items.

http://us.battle.net...66836638?page=1 <- Duping method possibilities thread here, if you want to hypothesize about how people are duping, but does it even matter?

Edit: I find it very amusing that Blizzard takes botting so seriously and is very responsive to every single botting thread, yet every single duping thread goes unanswered, ask yourselves which is a bigger problem?

Adding two videos of duping that was on chinese forums (1.05).

Now I don't know how legitimate these are and it doesn't show the exact process of what they are doing behind the scenes.

Nonetheless, I'm quite certain as me and other fellow barbs look into the matter more and more closely we will be able to determine how it's being done.

    Video posted 16 days ago.

youtube video from 11 days ago

There's countless more videos, I am just posting those two for now since it's hard for me to filter through the Chinese site since I can't understand it.

    Sup guys,

Some of you may have seen my posts, some may not, either way a short recap of the last few days events.

I made several threads on the battle.net forums, among other forums, about the duping that is literally getting out of control lately on the GAH/RMAH in USA-Softcore.

Blizzard was not responsive (Who would've guessed?), and instead of tackling the issue at hand they were too busy banning my accounts from the forums and deleting my threads.

So 2 days ago someone approached my friend fookya (Current #1 barb in dprogress) about an barb ammy he's selling off the AH for more than the 2b cap, which is reasonable considering it's basically a perfect roll and can't get any better.

Fookya couldn't match the price he was looking for obviously and was told by the seller that he will be putting it up for sale across various channels, including one site known to be frequented by chinese hackers, www.16(censored).com

Now details are still being compiled and we're still trying to figure it out, at this point we don't know if the amulet was duped by eddie himself, eddie bought an already duped version, eddie is involved with duping team and acting legit to spread the word about the amulet, or countless other scenarios.

Fact of the matter is, well watch the video for yourself.

My original duping thread (not closed)
    http://us.battle.net...ic/7004017309#1

One of my 4 threads in general discussion that was CLOSED by blizzard then re-opened after public outcry about the banning and closing of my thread.
    http://us.battle.net...opic/7164266437

    Fookya's thread about the ammy
    http://us.battle.net...opic/7172727393

Oh and I also noticed Moldran posted a new video about duping and how blizzard is taking action and it's most likely "rollbacks".

Well Moldran, all I can tell you at this point is that it's 95% likely you are incorrect, when I have more clearer idea of how the duping is actually going on I'll try to post it.

But I've had very extensive dealings with blizzard during 1.04 when my account was frozen over 11 times in a span of a week due to my RMAH sales surpassing $xxxxx (edited this out)

During that time I was pretty infuriated and kept demanding to speak to someone up the chain, I can't disclose everything that they told me since they weren't supposed to tell me things about their security protocols in the first place.

BUT what I can tell you is that, blizzard is very aware of proxys/vpns and what not, for a person to legitimately claim he was hacked and to receive a rollback is very difficult and would require a very strategic sequence of events to make the hack look legitimate without raising Blizzard's security protocols.

To not only rollback once but multiple times with similar gear, well let's just say the odds are very against them.

Although it's not completely out of the question, I'm going to give Blizzard the benefit of the doubt that they weren't actually that incompetent.

I re-gain forum access to battle.net in a few hours, stay tuned for more details of duping unless, Blizzard is actually doing something about it.

So after 2 days of silence and 4 threads of noise, blizzard decided to quietly delete all my 4 threads and banned me from the battle.net forums without any kind of response or explanation to me or to the community.

Now do you guys think there's a problem? lol.

Well played Blizzard, I was so certain it would come to this.

    Quote from Syronicus

To be honest, this entire issue would really matter if the person(s) you were talking to cared about the AH as much as you do. I know there are many folks out there that care about it but maybe there are more folks out there that have not entered into the 1% group of gold rich folks that can actually utilize the AH. In the end the take I glean from this thread is, there is no such "rampant" problem but there is a looming problem that as with the gem issues early on, will be resolved quietly by Blizzard Secondly, there are just not enough people who care about the AH to really want to spend the time running with this issue back to the B.net forums...

Very possible, nonetheless, I just don't want a game I like to play to go to shit.

I am giving away 100,000,000 IGG in USA-SC, to the last bumper of this thread before a blue post.

So another quick update for you guys here if you aren't following the bnet thread.

More and MORE items are continuously being added to the list and the DUPERS are actually paying attention to our threads and reacting faster than blizzard is (This is REALLY sad)

Dupers we were suspcious of have already dumped and emptied all their 2b++ items.

I expect to see multiple copies soon on the AH/RMAH.

Blizzard is doing a great job!

edit: diablofans making a post on main page would sure speed up blizzard's response I would say......

I used "rampant" to stress the point that this is an issue that needs to be dealt with before it actually becomes literally "rampant".

The list of dupes continue to grow on battle.net

Let's see how BIG of a problem this already is as more and more people are coming forward and posting their dupes.
