Tal Rasha's 4-piece (not strictly necessary, but 3-piece at least is nice; I'm using helm, chest and belt)
Stone of Jordan lightning variety
Thunderfury (extra lightning damage to go with the +% lightning on the gear--this works now, see patch notes)
Triumvirate (more +% lightning damage)
Basically, I wanted to take advantage of +% lightning damage for my Thunderfury in the patch. Then I found Taeguk and wanted to work that in. It's pretty boring... just stand still and channel (you have nearly infinite sustain with this build and 50 pp in resource cost reduction). Use diamond skin when necessary and teleport to reposition.
