I've sold some awesome ring for 140mil and used it to upgrade my gear for this build. I've bought High dps Skorn for 8mil (now bidding on better one for 10), Inna's head with spirit regen, Amulet with high Crit and Critmdg (1k life after kill as a usefull and cheap bonus), similar ring, Inna belt and legs and changed Lacuni bracers for high crit rare.
Basicaly my plan was to get as much crit as possible while dropping Attack speed to lower spirit consumption. I'm now on 1.09 attacks per sec so 11 spirit/sec used when Tempest Rushing.
I use:
SW with inner storm - 3spirit/sec
Mantra of Healing, Circular Breathing - 3.
Chant of Resonanse - 2.
Inna helm - 2 (2.27).
*optional* Stone of Jordan - 2
So it's total of 10 Spirit/sec. I can use it nearly always and only punching elites to load spirit back up.
With my current gear i'm at 172k dps so for regular mobs (mp 0) I don't stop at all. I also have SoJ if i don't want to run out of spirit at all but it drops my dps to 155k and i lose 6% crit that helps a lot. I also tested using SoJ and changing SW rune to Bladestorm or Cyclone and it gives very similar effect, hard to compare.
Thanks to this spec i'm able to earn about 47mil exp/hour and I should be able to get it up to 50mil if I get some crit on my Hellfire ring xD. Also give your failed Hellfire rings to Followers for 7% extra exp (best follower is Scoundrel cause crit is best for this spec and it gave me 3k more dps than Enchantress). Maybe I'll record my run sometime if anyone is interested.

And im stuck now I farm Act 2 easily but Act 3 is much too hard, I need to get DPS higher but how......
Not so bad gear but you should start shifting towards more dps now. Your resists and armor are high enough so you should also switch into Conviction + Overweave mantra. It should give you decent increase in dps. After that it's about finding good balance between dps and defensive stats.
Pretty nice gear there I don't really have much to say. Next improvements are quite expensive. be sure to check out new Inna's set and some legendaries. Sometimes you may run into nice bargain and get awesome parts for cheap
Got this shiny mace for very cheap (28m while comparable were about 100 xD) It's "Nightmarish" effect is nice but doesn't help me with molten xD. Oh and it doesn't work on bosses.
