You described this chest as "DEMIGOD LIKE".
It is clearly not.
"Godly"..."God like" or any variation thereof, should be reserved for items that have perfect rolls, or close to perfect rolls, on at least one or two key affixes. An item with this description should fall into the very top 1%, otherwise people will either think you're being foolish or manipulative .
While the item you're selling is good, it has far too many issues to be even remotely termed as godly.
Only two socs, not three
Low armor/No armor bonus
Dex and vita nowhere near max
Phys and All Res nowhere near max.
I'm not trolling you or flaming you. I'm just giving some opinion why this "DEMIGOD LIKE" chesty isn't seeing people fighting over it. I actually have a Phys Monk and this chest would work with him, however the Blackthorne's chesty I have is actually better, save for maybe 35 (overall) less resistance.
Were I to sell this I wouldn't even think to call it godly, but I would take it over yours all day long.
Point being, don't oversell your items with silly over-dramatic buzzwords like "DEMIGOD LIKE" unless your shit can cash that check.

As mentioned on the post above. What you have described is not true for every class. As Phys resist monk would that that armor in a heart beat. It is quite godly for them. This would clearly not apply for someone who has a DH for say, i wouldn't use it even if it was given to me. (No Max Disc. and of course Higher all res would trump it)
That said. I think the title is well deserved. I just hate seeing peoples item being low balled, as it happens so often especially in the trade channel. Often when one person decides to low ball the item, 10 others would jump it and bash it with their "expert" knowledge.
