buying, upgrading and reselling doesn't work. if not the prices themselves, the 15% cut burns your potential profit, so i fear this app is kinda useless. :/
Not true, I have been consistently selling Perfect Star Topaz between 20-300k profit, this app assists me in deciding when at what price to purchase tomes and gems so that I can sell my gems. I would not have spent the time to make myself a calculator if I was not using it.
The 15% cut is already factored into the selling price.
The only gems that are not worthwhile upgrading are anything below flawless gems which is why they have been emitted from calculations.
Having owned a few of the higher jewel crafting plans, I found it created a generous amount of gold on the sale of high level gems.
Although nothing more frustrating than selling below craft price. So I decided to make my first simple app to streamline my process and take the thinking out of it.
It is designed to work out the minimum costs to make high tier gems, will detail the materials required, and what you need to sell the gem for on the auction house to at least break even.

Free version does have ads, which are necessary to keep it free, also does not calculate the RMAH value of your gems.
