Yeah my build is definitely a personal play style choice. I have my generator on 1 because I hate holding down the mouse key constantly or clicking on on targets constantly to keep up my main attack (can just hold one and then do whatever else needs to be done.) I went Serenity + Dashing strike for survivability on t4/t5. Having 912 AR and 80k you can still get killed in like 3 seconds by some affix's at that level. The majority of my damage come from Deadly reach (belt modifier), Thunderfury procs (and it procs a LOT), Thundergod procs and cyclones because I have 48% CC I pump out a lot of them. I have messed around with Lashing Tail kick with the Lightning Stun rune but I have found Palm is way better on the higher Torments where a perfectly placed palm or two can blow up a whole pack.
I just got one of the new Thunderfury weapons and Thundergod waist pieces. I didn't even get a max roll on the Thunderfury. Combine that with Bracers and a WKL with LS and you have +51% to lightning. Those two pieces basically made me go from farming t3 with some difficulty to breezing through t4 and able to do t5 without much difficulty.
Check out my profile. I am not sure I can craft a neck with dex + lightning damage and enough other stats to match my current ammy's + damage. For helm I know there is an Eye of the Storm but same deal, not sure if one can roll that is nice enough to replace the Mempo.... Any other awesome +lightning legendaries I am missing? My link to my profile only shows 147k dps but I am really sitting at 200k with only the scoundrel out.
I run the FoT TC + Cyclone build and according to D3up.com my damage from both FoT and SW are higher using the WKL. Due to no accurate damage tracking (that I have found in game) it seems really hard to see if this is true. I ran a few games and it feels faster but who knows it could just be a placebo effect. On my character sheet the dps loss is around 40k, but supposedly the damage for the actual abilities is higher.
Does anyone have input or have played around with a similar scenario? I must admit not having to deal with feared mobs is a huge plus. My armory link is below.

162 dex 125 vit (which is awesome) 6% increased lightning and 24% increased damage done by lightning abilities. Socket with 110% crit damage gem
I agree, both are "OK" but Inna's chest is one of the few spots in high dps setups that allow for 50-60+ resists and most people go for that. I listed very similar items for 250k a few times and ended up brimstone'n them.
I have tried a gimped DPS build with magic find, an average dps average MF build and an all out damage build with only MF on pieces that have it in my dps set and on my follower.
For me personally I prefer killing elite packs in 1-3 seconds on my monk with it's insane spike damage between Overawe and Faith in the Light + Wall of Light. It just boils down to being more fun than slowly killing groups with a higher chance at loot. Now if MF actually made the gear itself better (not just higher quality) I would use MF, but until that change im going to play the game the fun way and watch my e-peen grow everytime I crit a mob for 250k
Not a complaint thread but curious if anyone has found a really nice weapon in Act 1 or 2? I know you can get Lvl 63's but between me and my group of friends we have never found anything over 1k dps (one hander) in these 2 acts. I have found a few 1100+ bows in Whimsey and act 3 (before 1.0.3) and was just curious if anyone has found this high of damage weapon in Act 1 or 2.
