If we assume he wants to uses to Might of the Earth Set, he will surely use Earthquake. If he'll use Earthquake, I think Earthen Might is a good passive to grab. If he grabs Earthen Might, Avalanche became a nice option.
If, with all of that, he eventually drops later Lut Socks (or already have), not even a doubt for keeping Avalanche damages.
In my opinion, of course, it's personal taste after x)
you can't reroll for all resist if there is a resistance as a secondary. they screwed everyone over because of monk's one with everything.
