Again none of this constructive in getting an account unbanned for the first comment made in the D3 forums ever. And this happened tuesday when they were down for about 9-10 hours and then again another 2 hours later in the day.
I can see your point Rhorle, but at the most i could have seen a temp forum suspension over a perma ban right off the bat if that's what they did in fact do. I've never really posted in the forums and was just perusing as the game went down right after I logged on after work. Been getting impatient with all my waiting after I get off work lately since that seems what i mostly do nowadays since D3 came out. But anyhoo if nobody really knows about it, i guess that's cool. Just saw the server came back up, gonna pop on my demon hunter and start tryin to hit my last couple levels. Also yeah, no e-mails, that's been kind of irritating. Figured they would have e-mailed me whether it was temp or perm since it's the first time i've ever been banned.
What's funny is nobody has even answered my question. It's been all inflamatory responses and insults. Take two and think about your comments before you hit post.
I made one comment. And i'm asking if there's anyt way to get your account unbanned or who I would talk to about it. I'm not apologizing for my comment because I do believe it's gone somewhat downhill since Activision took over but that's what I mainly want to know. I didn't even get an e-mail saying if it was a temp ban or a perma ban. Didn't want to call if somebody knew already.
Judge all you want, posted the exact comment made. Gonna see if i can find a link to the exact point where it was said. All the other comments were much worse.
The point is I was neither spamming nor trolling. I was in context with the rest of the conversation. I read the code of conduct for the forums and the only thing it might have gone in line with was trying to get a response out of the forums by posting off topic. I was on topic with what was being said and that was mild in comparison to the rest of what was being said. I think in reality it just ticked off a blue who was modding the forums and was mad that i didn't like their blue post of useless information.
Did anybody know you could actually get your forum account banned for spamming/trolling? I did neither and got my forum account on battle.net banned. Kind of surprised. Yes i was insulting blizzard for a 10-11 hour downtime for "maintenance" but really? Here's what i posted that got my account banned. Didn't even get an e-mail. I pissed off a blue bad.

Millions of annoyed, angry and pissed off people asking for an answer for when servers will be back up or why servers have been down for about 10-11 or 12 hours today and what does a blue post come up for? Jay Wilson talking about a stupid identifying system. Blizzivision is getting dumber and dumber every day. The first step was blizzard selling out to a !@#$ty company like activision.
So watch what you say. The forum nazi's will get you if you say anything against what they may not like. Never mind the actual trolling people do on the forums and get away with lol.
P.S. Anybody know how to get your forum account unbanned? Do I have to crawl under their desks to get on their good side again?
