Did they do a rollback on achievements? Yesturday I had achievements that I don't have anymore today. It's a good thing I didn't farm the 100k demon kill one yesturday

*Inna's Glory provide 1% crit chance, as well as 6-7% movement speed! AH is flooded with them.
**Is this really 34%? Never seen a 35% on the AH.
***Must be socketed for a perfect green gem (Radiant Star Emerald)

Those are the max crit value on the items, I'd say gloves and bracers would be the cheapest
Crit is better per point! Crit chance value is going up as you gain crit damage and crit damage value goes up as you gain crit chance, so at start IAS gear will look more appealing when you first start stacking crit, but when you get 30+ crit chance and 200+ crit damage numbers skyrocket to the roof. I don't say that IAS should not be considered but the more crit stats you get, the more deeps you get. At start 1 crit chance was valued at 11 int and crit damage at 1 int while IAS was 12. Now with 37% crit chance and 250% crit damage each crit chance is worth 26 int and crit damage 4 int while IAS stayed at 12.
I'm in the group of people that thinks that survivability on gear sucks for WD and we should just go for dps. Survivability comes from your skills, as a player and your actual skills like grasp of the dead. All you have to do is not get hit.
So for your question, I went full IAS and int with splinters as main dps skill, some people went full crit chance and crit damage with splinters+bats.
I went for the max dps fuck survivability gear and spec with
-Poison darts: Splinters (3x 60%)
-Soul Harvest: Soul to waste (lasts 1min)
-Spirit walk: Honored guest (15%mana/per)
-Hex: Jinx (20% damage)
-Big bad voodoo: Slam dance (30% damage)
-Grasp of the dead: Unbreakable grasp (80% slow)
Passives:
-Tribal Rites (25% cdr on hex and big bad)
-Pierce the veil (20% damage)
-Spirit vessel (second life)
So I stacked the int for maximum damage, I'm at 51k dps without soul harvest and it works pretty well and even better when I have a tank in front of me. All you have to do is not get hit, easy right? Of course when you solo you can't just faceroll and you actually have to pay attention a bit but this build has been working for me.
