I don't drop gems in to show up on min searches. I drop them to show up on ANY search. For example if someone is looking for vitality/all resist/ and armor. My All resist/armor with a socket will show up because I dropped the gem in there. It's not to trick anybody, it's just to show up on the options. If the AH search functions weren't so limited I wouldn't feel obliged to perform this routine.
