Turbohud take a screenshot at the exact(!) same ms every time you level, right when the blue "explosion" goes off ... He could just be very lucky and have hit the button at the exact right time, but i kind of doubt it. He clearly didn't close the rift and he would have like 100-150ms to respond when the rift was closed to take sceenshoot. Considering people with good reactions use about 250ms .... well go figure. How can you tell? due to the suspicious cropping of the image or do i miss something?
But to be honest it is just speculation and all in all i don't matter if he does use it or not.
Look at the rift closing timer. It states 27 seconds remaining...and since he's standing in town it is likely that completing the rift is what granted him the exp to go over the top. It also means it took him 3 seconds to take the screenshot.

Yeah I rechecked everything in this latest patch that I found in the first one.
Still true...and because the wave of destruction damage doesn't change from tick to tick, anyone can test it with a pair of elemental bracers and choosing different archon runes to put on their bar.

Stop quoting walls of text pls.

I'm assuming you're alluding to the interaction between ever increasing attack speed allowing ever more stacks to be accrued from the Vyr 6-set. If so, no you cannot do it indefinitely as you converge on a steady state maximum, unless you have infinite mobs flooding in to grant you stacks on kill.
I spreadsheeted it out if you want to try for yourself:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ISaWrDaWK8K40f83QMol1uaIYoCbq8bjQjrI6gqJY3Y/edit#gid=0
You can go to File: Download As to download a copy and then you can fiddle with the inputs on the left to see how it affects the graph.
It assumes you use Obsidian Ring, Swamii, 20 stack fazula, cast archon immediately upon its availability (not waiting for chantodo's stacks), that you cast your archon explosion once per second, and that you only use one spell to trigger obsidian ring (so it procs at a rate equal to your APS). I'm not sure if it can go faster.
Also, it doesn't matter if you have a head-start of stacks from kill procs, it still levels out.

Once you equip the chantodo set you always have one stack, you don't need to build the first one, only increase it up to 20. So it is 20 x 350 = 7000% at max stacks.
Kinda forgot I made the post over on this forum, I made updates to the one on the official forum and just brought them over here. Other than the chantodo stacking bug being fixed and the changing 4-set piece the rest of the information didn't change for this latest PTR patch.

Yup, blackcurse explained it pretty well.

The competitiveness of the set is immaterial to how it works.
That being said, even once we get the season-only belt it is miles behind tal's.

The Vyr 2-Set gives me all archon runes, does it matter which archon rune I put on my bar?
How do Archon Stacks work? What do they do?
How do I build more Archon Buff Stacks?
How do Chantodo's Stacks work? What do they do?
How do I build more Chantodo's Buff Stacks?

Nope, it just flat-out doesn't affect elites.

Weapon damage is literally damage listed on your weapon. For example:
You'll notice that it isn't a single number, but a number range. Each time you cast a spell or do an attack a random number within that range is selected as your weapon damage. Why does the game then not make this number larger or more obvious? Because they assume you are stupid and can't figure out how attack speed works together with damage to create a Damage-per-Second number. But what the game actually uses to make
calculations is the Damage number I have highlighted in the picture above.
The thing that is labeled as "Damage" in your character detail sheet is a lie. That is not your damage. It is a meaningless number that tries to estimate how your other stats, like attack speed, crit chance, and crit damage, work together with your REAL damage number on your weapon. No where in the game in any calculation does it use the number listed in your character detail sheet.

Shards are worthless
T6 for loot
Run T6 with 4 wizards (something you can't do with 40s grifts) and share loot

Your first calculation method is correct, 100 to 120 to 140.
When people say you get less they're talking about overall relative gain.
120/100 = 20% increase
140/120 = 16.6% increase
Both sides are technically correct, one refers to absolute gains, the other to relative gains.

If you don't have an aether walker than the best way to farm T6 is still the firebird apocalypse build.
Use the devastator+cindercoat you have and party like it's 2.1.2

Sure is.
It would be mediocre at best even if you had a perma-frozen target (which we don't).

Doesn't matter that the star pact from tal's gets gimped, your casted star pact hits so much harder than any other spell it is still the best option, and there is no room in your skills to add another arcane spell anyway. Did you notice the part where I said that it currently double-dips on arcane dynamo? 1.6*1.6
And also, no matter what armor you have on, in grift lvl 60+ you'll get one-shot anyway. You're there for DPS, make your crusaders/witch doctors pull their weight and keep you alive...grouping and locking down ranged mobs and such. Meanwhile you have to do your job and dodge any projectile/melee mob that they leave behind.

As long as star pact double-dips on arcane dynamo that build seen above is the best by far. You can sub in pretty much any cold spell you like, some use blizzard, I like glacial spike. If you have perfect IAS and don't need stretch time to hit the BP, then you can swap out for time warp rune.
