If you really want to have your money refunded and your account removed from Battle.net, contact Blizzard's billing department and ask them if they will do it. Do I think they will? No, but please just give it a try and stop whining here. We're not responsible for deciding wether or not you can have a refund, that's Blizzard's responsibility.
