I have legitimately gotten to Belial on Inferno with my wizard after spending probably about a million gold [no joke, no exaggeration] on act 2 about about 3 days. Well I finally reached Belial and I can't kill him. I've gotten past the first stage on accident about 10 times but the adds are too much for me on the second phase, I know I could kill the third stage with ease. Well after making it this far solo on Inferno with only help from the AH I'm seeking someone [some people?] to help with Belial on Inferno. RIght now as a Wizard I have:
30k HP
250 res all
25k dps
2.12 attacks a second

I can't find a skill build I really like with Belial and can't tank 5-6 of those damn snakes. Post your account and stats here if you're willing to help please.

Gems have become the cornerstone of my personal economy and without being able to sell them I can't move past the Oasis on Act 2 Inferno because I can't get better gear because I have no other means of income at the moment

If an item, such as an amulet, shows it will give +700 dmg if you change it from your current, will the mod +% crit chance affect this or is it just calculating the base damage and not % modifiers like crit chance?

I'm trying to play through the game normal-inferno solo with the only help coming from my followers and the AH. I'm starting to save up a lot of gold and can farm the first section (up to the crypts) of Act 1 Inferno fairly easily. I haven't been able to find ANY good items...the only thing so far I've gotten was Singularity. I am looking to buy some decent-high tier level items for my sorc, I have about 6 mil gold right now. My auxiliary items are fairly good when I look at what the AH people are selling for 1-3 mil but my damage is lacking and I die rather quickly if something gets ahold of me. So I ask the forum, what kind of things should I be looking at? These are my ideas so far let me know if they seem worthless...

Get the Chantodo set
Add in Tal Rasha Ammy (Can this spawn with +arcane % damage? I've seen everything but arcane dmg on the AH)
Add in Tal Rasha Armor
Add in Tal Rasha Belt
Add in Tal Rasha Helm

If I could get these 6 items, will I be outputting enough DPS to make it at least to end of act 2/beginning of act 3 inferno solo?

My general skill setup is:
Diamond Skin with longer duration (helps survive to get in extra dmg)
Venom Hydra
Enchant Weapon with Venom (I use a source for double bonus)
Archon with lowered cooldown

Open to skill setup suggestions as well with passives. Trying to find something viable so that I don't lose my Valor bonus

Also, Magic Missile with dmg boost and Arcane orb with penetrate

Well being that things you teach your artesian stay with your account forever, even if I find a legendary plan for a barb as a wizard I can still use it as a barb later. I just havent found any plan items.

Do legendary item plans drop or do you have to salvage a legendary to get one? Anyone know?

Has anyone here found weapon plans for a legendary item or set item? I've been in inferno for 3 days now and have been running around with tier 5 valor and havent found a single plan let alone a legendary or set item.
