From what I have gathered I doubt there will be open world PvP. Impossible no , but highly unlikely since this will take away from PvE/M. If Bliz can pull off interesting arenas and keep them fresh then it will be great. If Bliz thinks releasing 3 arenas and thats it, then very bad.
