The damage shown on the weapon (10-11) already includes the +2 minimum/+26%.
The reason you're seeing small differences when actually attacking with them is due to rounding.
edit: To clarify, weapon one could have a base damage of 8-11, so after the +2 affix it becomes 10-11
Weapon two could be 8-9 base damage, which becomes 8*1.26-9*1.26=10.08-11.34, which is rounded and shown as 10-11.
When attacking the non rounded value is used, so damage becomes 10*1.34-11*1.34=13.4-14.74 for the first one, and 10.08*1.34-11.34*1.34=13.5072-15.1956 for the second one. These are again shown rounded to the nearest whole number, which is 13-15 and 14-15.
Thanks a lot. That explains my question.
Since the two weapons have same DPS, damages, and attack speed, does that mean the listed DPS is calculated from the rounded damage numbers, and is actually off a little bit?
I thought the one with +2 minimum damage would buff the overall damage to 13 - 11(or something higher), but my testing doesn't support that. Does anybody know what it does?
To test the raw damage from each, I dragged my right-click skill out of the skill bar, so I'd be using raw damage. If I hover the mouse over the icon, it says I am doing 10-11 damage. That makes sense.
My dexterity is 34, so I have extra 34% damage bonus. I also took off all the other equipment, so there is no bonus. If not consider those affixes,
10 + 10*34% = 13.4
11 + 11*34% = 14.74
I should be doing 13 - 15 damages all the time.
For the bow with +2 minimum damage, it does 13 - 15 damage.
For the bow with +26% damage, it does 14 - 15 damage.
The second one works better in fact, and I don't know how that happens.
After I have played couple hours of the beta, my pinky feels a bit hurt because I had to use it to hold down the shift key most of the time, especially playing range class like demon hunter. I wonder if anybody else has the same issue. Also please post your key bindings if you are using one which is different from the default.

Nice one with all the skills binding to the mouse. I'll try that.

1. Damage 10-11, +2 minimum damage
2. Damage 10-11, +26 damage
