I will just do the 100% safe b.net download ready for midnight. I will 99% buy a CE as well after the fact and I don't think they'll be that scarce on amazon or ebay or wherever.
Good luck with that, collectors eds are selling out everywhere. I saw someone chucking an A grade meltdown at a local store here when they were told they cant get any more collectors eds. (kinda weird considering they have plenty of time to crank out more)

Like I said earlier.. I just dont know why blizzard would even leave the passive boon of bull kathos in the game if not for this exact reason. I have no factual evidence to back it up , but it just seems like a foolish waste of a passive if theres not some sort of way to make this build work. But maybe i'm the fool ^.^ looking forward to doing this in normal - nightmare though and pushing it farther if I can also I want to go sword and board with WW as my rage spender I think.
They put it in the game so that you can use it more often. All the 120 sec abilities you'll use on regular packs even without passives like Boon of Bul Kathos. Same goes for adding seconds to Archon with each kill for the Wizard. The point I was making though is that there are builds out there that will basically require these types of abilities in order to be effective against bosses because things like AoE, Life on Kill and Thorns are worse against bosses. I mean there's nothing wrong with using these abilities, but you'll be able to make a better build by focusing on normal abilities.
And instead of stacking all 3 together I feel like you'd be better off making a more focused build and then adding on the ancients or earthquake if you feel like you need it to take down bosses. But yeah, all of these abilites are supposed to be useable outside boss fights, but they're most useful when used as part of a build that is particularly weak against single target bosses.
I don't think 1 build is better than another when there's no direct competitive difference. If it works, it works. That's it. Is the 3 cooldown build viable and can it be effective at killing mobs in hell / inferno? Who knows, but on paper it sure as hell looks good to me.

I'm so glad I got other people turned onto my 3 big CD build is the flux capacitor online? Doc we need more roads to get up to 88mph?! Roads?? Where were going we dong need roads..
I just dont understand the purpose of the boon of bull kathos passive if not to utilize all three of the CD's in your build .. and with Earthquake having the additional rune of cooldown reduction.. it just seems likes its supposed to be this way. nothing will be determinable until after may 15th but.. thats just how I feel I guess
I have to agree on this. I would prefer FistOfZakarrums build. You have to have solid three skills and passives for being able to survive when not using your cooldown.

It seems you cannot miss Revenge at the moment. Maniac is obvious for single damage. Rend allows for good area damage while not having to stay static. Passives for survivability. For equipment you should go for Resistances, armor and fury generation with this build. Carrying a shield might be very valid if not 2h.
When doing a Bul-Kathos build I think you should go for Arreats Wail in WotB. You will be basically low on damage and want to get the cooldowner out for damage every 28 seconds. Also this allows you to combine your three skills all for damage in specific situations (like Champion Packs).
Should note that you didn't rune any of your skills.
But yes this build will really shine when a champion or rare pack comes alog and you bust out all 3 abilities at once and laugh as everything disintegrates. (In theory).

I'm personaly modeling my build around using Call of the Ancients.. Not sure how exactly to pull it off yet but.. I even looked into a Earthquake CotA & wrath of the berserker with boon of bull kathos as a possible strategy but that seems like your leaving an awful lot up to CD's.. what do you guys think about the boon of bull kathos passive?
You still have 3 active and 2 passive skills left to make such a build work, should be viable imo.
As long as you save your cooldowns for at least decently challenging packs the cooldowns might line up well.
I think its viable too.. And i'm going to be pushing its viability with my first character in diablo. I'm really looking forward to having a unique build and this one has my personal stamp on it so far
