Aight thx for input. That xp thingy is useful to know!
As I play on laptop the response isnt always 100% and act3mp6 banelingpair oneshot me thus I want some protection buffer, ie disc. But Il consider new quiver once i get more experience, literally and gameplaywise.
Loving that you can customise difficulty now, can make it just like vanilla inferno all over again!

Hi guys,Posted in: Demon Hunter: The Dreadlands
After returning to d3 after 9month break I sold my legacy Nat chest for 500M ( :D) which I spent gearing myself up somewhat, this is me now:
I'm left with some 150M and I wonder, are there any more reasonable upgrades to get (Im saving ring slot for hellfire ring when i get mats), or should I start plowing through MP6ish which I can handle reasonably now?
Any other input on gear is welcome
Thanks for any help.

Impressive work! +1Posted in: Theorycrafting and Analysis
One itsytiny comment about the figure under point 2.4:
Maybe have a larger range on the y-axis, just to emphasize your point which is that the bars are essentially equally long within standard deviation. We all understand what you mean but at a glance there seams to be a peak at 150%mf which it really isn't.

Right.... I just made a bunch of runs to compare with your results. Then I realized that maybe I should save the crit before adding the 3% increase, not after lol. Now my results are quite close to yours. I even got outliers at 1.2 and 2.2 hit/s and everything.Posted in: Theorycrafting and Analysis
Well there you go (No need to translate the code m8)

Hi, I did something similar to you, I got somewhat different results though. Take a look:Posted in: Theorycrafting and Analysis
However I get the similar trend that returns are diminishing with increasing base crit (doh) but also decreasing with increasing aps.
Some of your results I don't understand, since with enough iterations the relation to arguments should be linear. For example 5%basecrit,2.2aps is higher than 5%basecrit 2.0, which breaks the trend.

Posted in: Demon Hunter: The DreadlandsQuote from Atomsk_AtomskQuote from nNoGiI love the new patch. So glad that NT has been nerf'ed so its not the bread and butter skill every single fckin DH had.
The question is now: What do you use instead of Elemental Arrow NT ?
Douchebag OP complains about 'Bread and Butter' skill, asks what is new 'Bread and Butter' skill.
No, OP encourages discussion which based on the replies show that there now are alot of various DH builds people use. Have faith people!

My point was I used caltroops for slowing, now I can slow with freeze arrow thus no need for caltroops.
