Justification:
On first sight you may notice that aside from Fetish Army my build consists of only spirit spells.
Passive one increases the damage by 20% of all spells but has 1 big issue, mana cost is increased by 30%.
This however is 0 problem since passive 2 returns 125% of the spirit spells' mana cost over 10 seconds.
4 out of 6 skills have a CD of 15 or greater. Therefore I took "Grave Injustice" as my third passive. This is a passive regeneratin ability that also reduces the CD of all spells whenever a enemy dies in range.
Haunt - this is your single target nuke mostly used for special creeps and bosses. The white rune to increase dps and since I have plenty of mana all the time spamming it won't be an issue.
Spirit Walk - This is your escape button. When your in trouble you activate this heal 22% of your max life and appear somewhere else
Soul Harvest - This skill increases your intelligence (thus your damage) and with the white rune also damages 5 enemies for quite some damage
Spirit Barrage - This is your little aoe skill which does 120% to the main target and 36% to 3 others around it with blue rune.
Mass confusion - This skill turns massive problems around in your favor. You can have large groups of enemies fight each other and with the yellow rune it only has a 40 second cooldown. (still long but with every dead enemy it decreases by 1 second (passive 3))
Fetish Army - This is also a big skill with 80 seconds cooldown this is not a spammable one. This is a skill you use by extremely large groups or versus bosses.
