First ability is Cleave with Rupture rune for maximum AoE damage.
Next is Rend with Blood Lust rune for AoE damage and some extra healing.
After that is Threatening Shout with Falter rune for Reduce damage and then reduced attack speed with the rune.
Then Leap Attack with the Toppling Impact rune. Leap for the initiator and Toppling Impact rune for the extra damage and knock
back.
Next up, we have Revenge with the Vengeance is Mine rune. Revenge has a very good bit of damage and healing, the Vengeance just emphasizes the healing.
And for our last skill we have Earthquake. For insane AoE damage, and with the rune of Aftershocks, it's damage is increased even farther.
For our passives we have Bloodthirst for the passive healing from all damage. Second, we have Unforgiving so we always have enough rage the execute out abilities and weapons masters because it's an all around fantastic passive for Barbarian.
