I am trying this, but I am having huge problems keeping alive in act 2. Especially if the mobs cant be slowed/kited. Do you by any chance remember how much res/hp you had in act 2 ?

The cow-level is somewhat iconic. I dont think blizzard will just throw another one out there. But based on the datamined items, I believe there will be some sort of reference to it.

If the launch is anything like Cataclysm launch, you can expect the first 2-3 hrs to be laggy buggy hell and login servers being overcooked. Also, the release date says 15.5 , which time zone?!

posted a message on Undecided Class Pick For Release.
Struggling with the same more or less. Tho I think I have managed to narrow it down to Monk or Barbarian... Monk looks soo awesome with the fast movements and dashing about on the battlefield. Whereas the Ancient Spear of the Barbarian made my pants shorter. Pun intended. Been watching the streams and class videos over and over again, since im not in the beta. Will probably spend 1-2 hrs on release trying to decide between the two.

posted a message on DiabloFans Calculator Build Contest (ONE POST ONLY)
    http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/monk#bVRgZS!YVg!acZcca

Here it is. Trying to set a build based on the tooltips alone isnt easy, but this is what I think I will be using to some extent. The thought behind these is fast in, fast out. So its more of an aoe farming build than a specific inferno/boss fight build. The plan is to dash into a cluster of mobs, throw off 2x cripping waves, then pull everything in with the cyclone strike and finish with the third crippling waves combo. (Should also state that this is not my own ingenious invention, I saw it on force and thought to myself that THIS is something I want to do! )

If you look closely you can see ive added some dodge around, which also supports my claims that this is an aoe build. 2,5 lifelines, Nr1: Near death experience, nr2: Inner sanctuary, and nr 2,5: Dashing strike. For those hairy situations. Ive also packed transcendance in there for some minor healing if things get too rough.

Deadly reach will probably be my main spirit generator, is it the better ability? No idea! But is does hit a large area, and it looks brilliant!

Also as a closing argument, Ive never been a number jockey and do not intend to start now. Yet, ive always managed to get my ass around in games.

posted a message on Razer Naga for Diablo?
Im using a G9 on my laptop, and a naga on my stationary. Whatever I am doing, im longing for the G9. I cant stand the naga ive had for 6 months now and used a lot. I am used to it, but I still dont care for it. Guess I need to go to the store and finger some mice before I decide what new to get. Another G9 is a hot contender though.

Thats true, and people get pretty sick of covering eachother. Then again, we often call in sick or unfit for work when we are feeling under the weather... ATCs, prolly the weakest workforce in the world... Except for maybe badminton judges

As for now, we are a heavily regulated instance. in some areas. But when it comes to training new personell our firm is more or less free to do as we/they want recruitment wise. But they apply stronger regulations than the regulating instance...

It is true that the privatization or outsourcing might whip the goverment run businesses into shape. And that is a good thing. Im still standing by that people who dont need to make a profit will have more means to spend on the service than people who need to make a profit for their own "selfish" needs. Which is fine, but if those profits go on the cost of safety, which it very well might due to the immense number of safety nets deployed in air travel, it is a bad thing.

That said, I always support healthy competition, as long as I am on the winning side that gets paid ^^

Actually, it is a coming trend. Mostly because private actors can run area control centres more effectively and therefore cheaper. They can employ a workforce willing to work for a lot less than we do these days, and take over the entire sector. Is it a good thing? Id say no, then again I am biased. But would you want your flight handled by people who are less professional because they are being paid less? I know I wouldnt!
