The best shot that most of us have is the random forum giveaway. Most of us here are people that tried to answer the questions on twitter or facebook but are just unlucky and too slow. Refreshing at that .1 second faster than another person is all it takes. Hopefully they will start handing out more and more beta keys as it gets closer to release. And if not I'm sure most of us will try it out anyways. Goodluck to everyone trying to get there key, I know I will keep on trying.
I think open beta would be a good idea if the servers could handle it but i doubt it could. Not right to break the game for all the people that have got a beta key so far. I'm not in beta but that's just how I feel. They will be releasing more and more keys as time goes by and stress testing the servers at a pace they think they can keep up. Only thing one can do is to sit back and hope they are lucky.
Most of us true gamers have been in this position for multiple games. Entering multiple contests or sweepstakes for years trying to get into the beta for each and every game we enjoy. Many of you have even said that you have entered multiple ones so I'm sure people have felt the same way as you have. Going to their websites and entering when you weren't a regular there. These types of things are only good for the community and will just keep the game growing. Most of us that are really looking forward to the game will play it regardless of if we get a beta key or not. Those that are on the fence about buying or playing the game and get a beta key can easily be influenced to become lifers. Best of luck to everyone in the contest.
