unless other rolls are near perfect, never roll discipline to higher discipline. If you get max rolls on +damage it is closer to a 9% dmg increase.
@ others who have recommended rolling discipline, this is just wrong. Please learn how maths works before advising others on how to min/max their equipment
It is so ridiculously easy to get correct rolls on all your gear these days as the game throws legendary's at you. If you haven't got mostly optimal stat rolls across your gear then the choice in rolls is probably going to have very little impact as you won't be competing at a high level anyway. There is basically no decisions come gearing these days, just how well you can pilot the cookie cutter builds.
And yes I did read the post above... there is no reason you would want VIT on a Starfire.
Had to ask a million times about rolling VIT off a weapon over AS and INT... I would suggest looking for a simpler game if its that difficult to make the correct rolls. Just press shift L and it'll make it pretty obvious what you want on your gear

Spreadsheet? its not rocket science.
Discipline reroll = Roughly 2.5% damage increase depending on current total discipline
Ias reroll = 7% damage increase and lose vit
damage range reroll = 8.9% potential damage increase depending on how close damage range gets to max
