I've had some surprising success with this build... any thoughts or suggestions / tweaks that could improve it? I got a lucky roll on an ancient Dawn with 64% vengeance CDR and +12 discipline, but even if I cubed Dawn, I was having a hard time finding a useful offhand option other than balefire with % fire damage on it... Anyways, thanks for any feedback.
Ventrillo (I have a server) with working mic, willingness to play atleast 15 hours straight at time of servers going live, willingness to share upgrades that don't have your main stat on them with the other 3 people in the group for the most efficient gearing. Must have had experience in the D3 beta, and must have knowledge of how all classes work, not just your own.
Either PM me or reply to this thread if you are interested, and I will respond via PM... it should be fairly quick. If you are chosen, my PM will have vent info in it and we will quickly meet up via vent to confirm a working mic and make sure you are not slow.
I will be rolling a WD... so the classes needed for this group are as follows... I will update the list as I fill the group.

Wow, thx for the link Ronark... not sure how I missed the blues about that 'group split' including +XP and Gold Find stats along with Magic Find.
My question is answered, although it kinda saddens me that the whole "you get 20% of your followers stats in these catagories" promotes solo play... I guess it was the lesser of 2 evils, because I don't really see a better way to fix leaching. I know that the topic has been beaten dead horse style already, so I'll just leave it at that.
If you are saying that 'yes' a groups '% gold find increase' gets averaged out in co-op games similar to magic find... than what other stats get averaged out and spread through the group in co-op games?

I've gotten about 6 people currently... A few more and I would say it would be a large enough community to keep atleast one full group going anytime of day and still keep it in a familiar, closed group setting.
Thanks for the responses! Again, anyone that's putting serious hours into D3 post release... lets get on eachothers friends list to shorten our 'lfg' downtime after may 15th.
I assure you, I have no illusions of grandeur. Millions of players... thousands of 'hardcore' 4 man teams... world first anything is not even a realistic goal in my mind, and I have a feeling that there won't even be a legit way to track it anyway.
All I'm trying to do here is prevent myself (and anyone on my friends list) from having to go to the trade channel and cross my fingers to attempt to fill a 4 man group in the later difficulties.
Like I said, if you are going to play long hours on release, toss me your battletag either in this thread or PM it to me and it will be that much easier to keep a full group going through NM, Hell, Inferno in the coming weeks.
Although the best case scenario would include 4 people playing together permanently... I have come to the conclusion that it is quite unlikely for me to achieve that due to the fact that I will be playing anywhere from 16-20 hours a day for the first 3-4 weeks after release.
Obviously I'm not saying that there won't be tons of other people doing this same thing, but to get the same 4 people playing the same schedule seems abit far fetched... as RL things come up for everyone, all the time.
So, instead of the standard "Looking for classes x, y, and z for marathon group" thread, I would instead like people to post their Battle.net gamertag ID's either into this thread, or PM them to me if you would prefer the anonymity of others seeing it... Obviously only post or PM me your tag if you are planning to approach the first 2-4 weeks of D3 with an unhealthy amount of time commitment (10-20 hours a day).
My goal is to get a friends list in-game of intense, highly commited gamers. The more the merrier with this approach... Even if you have a solid group of 4 hardcore gamers already, lets get our battletags traded incase a fill-in is needed. I will be sending out the battle.net friend requests as soon as possible once I have a healthy amount of tags.
Again... this is only for north american server, highly commited gamers that want a pool of like-minded individuals in their friends list.
