Mar 15, 2012crazydavea3 posted a message on Diablo III Launching May 15 – Digital Pre-Sales NOW OPENWow. Way to release the game a week before finals for most colleges and probably high schools. I have to choose between doing ok on finals or playing diablo 3 that whole first weekend. Yup, failing finals. They owe me a semesters tuition.Posted in: News

Jan 19, 2012crazydavea3 posted a message on System ChangesI have a sneaking suspicion this is all an experiment hosted by a group of psychology phds studying how long they can tease people with a video game until people snap and a line is drawn... Step out you lab coats, I caught you.Posted in: News

Jan 19, 2012crazydavea3 posted a message on System ChangesUgh. The only thing I really like is the stat revision. The other things are just them nitpicking the game apart. Surprised theres no update on the rune system. It's looking less and less likely I'll be able to play this game :(. I won't be able to play past mid September, I thought I would have half a year to play it at least... and I can't even get a damn beta key. Blizzard, I am dissapoint.Posted in: News

Jan 12, 2012crazydavea3 posted a message on Development Article Soon, What's NOT Delaying the Game, Zarhym on "The Big Meeting"Posted in: NewsQuote from zaboca
You'll want it, it becomes a symbol even a goal. then when you buy it you discover that the car drives like a donkey cart and you'll be hurt.
I think a big part of it is that if after probably 5 years of development they are still not happy enough with it to set a release date it potentially says something about the game sucking. Fear is rising that the game is going to suck, the longer they wait the higher our expectations, and the fact that they aren't satisfied with it makes it 10x worse. Their insecurities with it get translated to us 100x over as fear and frustration. -
Dec 13, 2011crazydavea3 posted a message on More Simplified Tooltips, Spike VGA's, and Blue PostsMe too, but im too lazy to use analytic software or do much reading online, just using basic logic reading the skill descriptions was enough to get me top 3 for WoW raiding DPS back in the day. Forcing us to potentially go online for basic casual information would be lame... But again, we shall see.Posted in: News

Dec 13, 2011crazydavea3 posted a message on More Simplified Tooltips, Spike VGA's, and Blue PostsStill pretty concerned about the tooltips, but I trust blizzard will do a well enough job with them. They seem pretty simple from what I've seen now, cost and damage is really all you need. If you want to know how it works exactly you can just play with it and learn - the words are filler. Not sure how they plan on simplifying it more then that! Hopefully its not Bash - Hits things really hard! Cleave - Hits things in front of you pretty hard!, Leap Attack - Jump to a spot and hit stuff hard!, etc. We shall see...Posted in: News

Nov 7, 2011crazydavea3 posted a message on Is It Soon Soon™?I hate "soon". "Soon" to me is 2-3 weeks. "Soon" to blizzard may be 6 months. "Soon" according to the government is 6-10 years. "Soon" when I ask my boss when we will get the support we need means never.Posted in: News

IMO this is the worst reason to say yes, this isn't D2, its D3. Don't just port stuff over for no reason, you need to work to improve the game. If you want to take models from D2 without analyzing them and trying to improve then don't bother with D3, just go back to playing D2.

The betas been out forever too, and the 8 people I know frantically trying as well have had no luck.

I liked torchlight more. Being able to sell items with your pet was awesome. Also I got a mod so that no white items drop, since they were just a waste of space and looking at them is annoying. I hope d3 brings back the cube/cauldron and gets rid of white items past normal or something, those were the best things about torchlight.
Dungeon Siege 3 was hard for me to get into, but seemed ok.
What else is out there that's worth playing?

You must be a ninja, squirrels sprint away at near (but not at; obviously because that would be impossible...) lightspeed up trees if you get within 15 feet of them.

You're talking to people on a Diablo forum, so duh we are all going to play. I know a lot of casual gamers that lost interest in the game years ago that would have bought it, but now wont. Not the kind of people to sit in diablo forums all day. So there are in fact a lot of people who have dropped out due to the long development time.
That aside they have been teasing too hard, and announced the development of the game way too early. Poor marketing decisions and excessively long development time especially with the resources they have is the main reason the majority of the community is upset.

I've never had this problem nor known anyone with it and of everything I think Jack3d is the best preworkout supplement out there. No-xplode is probably my least favorite. Maltodextrin, yuck. Mad insulin spikes screw up cutting.
Its actually really hard to eat that much. Make friends with a RD to help you make a plan. I have about 3000 calories a day in 6 meals and im always full, and still cutting. I'm just trying to get back in shape after the holiday season. One of the hardest things for professional bodybuilders/fitness models is eating as much as they do. Healthy foods tend to have a lot less calories so you need to eat more. With weight training and eating every 2-3 hours your metabolism should skyrocket. Good luck.
