i just went to gamestop and preordered my copy of D3 CE...and they said they have March 3rd down for release at this time. not guarenteed obviously...but its what they have right now.
I dont understand the fuss about this RMAH, this is a solution to the dedicated gamer, if you are good or even hardcore, and dedicate some time into the game, this will eventually be a money machine for you. even if it is only small amounts you will be able to harvest some money out of the hours and hours of playtime you will be dedicating to this game.
I WISH this was implemented in world of warcraft so the 340 days play time i had would have been to some financial benefit.
The noob that buys all the top gear items, will eventually buy the items you put on the auction house. giving you the benefit to buy another better piece of armor or cash it out, and eventually pay for your diablo 3 game and further ahead might be able to pay for the new computer you just bought to be able to play diablo.
This is the future of gaming. In 5 years from now people will look back and say "Why didnt someone implement this sooner"

at first...i didnt like 4 being the maximum number. but after talking about it to several people and thinking it over...4 really is perfect. does it mean you have to choose who to play with? yes. having 8 ppl in the game its likely that someone will get behind and everyone has to wait for them to catch up. then someone else gets behind and they have to wait again...with 4 its really easy for everyone to stay together thus making the game really fun for everyone all the time.
people also forget about the fact that for every dollar spent on these items is a dollar earned for these items.
if someone is willing to spend countless dollars on these items..let them. it will allow players like me who really like grinding out and earning the items to make as much money as possible.
When you take into consideration the RMAH, the loot farming can be alot more beneficial. Since Inferno difficulty will be "where its at", I, myself, will be farming Inferno as much as I can once i hit lvl cap. As really good finds can mean more money in my pocket.
Having said that I dont beleive that loot farming will be as quick and easy as it was back in Diablo 2. We quickly became bored because we would start our "MF" runs and each run would take about 10 minutes to complete. I dont see that happening at all in Diablo 3. Blizz has said numerous times that Inferno difficulty will make most of us cry at times. So who knows how long it will take before some of us get to the point where we are facerolling inferno difficulty. I really dont see any of us getting bored with this end game content. But thats just my opinion.
PvP looks like it will be alot more interesting and involve alot more strategy as opposed to previous Diablo games. The arena looks pretty sweet and the 3vs3 and 4vs4 battles looks like alot of fun.
It'll be interesting to see what all acheivements are available to..acheive. Blizz mentioned today at Blizzcon that the more things you accomplish with your character the better your banner looks.
So in my opinion from what ive seen so far with the game, I really dont see the end game getting boring for quite some time.

I am really surprised at the amount of negative posts and comments made towards this game in the last couple months and more recently since Beta was released.
All i read about is...
"Why does the beta suck so much???"
"OMG why push back the release???"
"Why the small amount of content available in the beta???"
"Ugh. I'm so bored with beta after 2 weeks of playing."
You all sound like a bunch of 5 year olds who can't get what you want.
Honestly I'm getting tired of reading about it all. And I know most will reply with a simple "then get off the forums."
Every other post is someone who is in the beta sending messages to those not in the beta. "You aren't missing much. This game sucks."
I'f you are that bored and displeased with the beta..what were you expecting? To be able to play through the entire game and have everything available to you at the start?
The gaming world went nuts when this game was announced 3 and a half years ago. Now the beta is released and now everyone is acting like they dont want the game anymore.
Those of you who are in the beta. How about appreciate the fact that you were invited to test it. And not still having to watch videos on Youtube. And as far as the "I'ts only 1-2 hours of content. Not worth it." comments...some of us work 40-50+ hours a week and that's as much game time we get per week. Not everyone is unemployeed and can sit on their ass all day and all night doing nothing.
So let's all cut the negative comments towards the game. Because everyone knows damn well that when the game comes out...everyone and I do mean everyone will be running up and down the street with extreme joy. (Or maybe that's jut me /shrug)

But with the announcement of the new wow expac and the accouncement of the annual pass...i have decided to re-activate my wow account.
Signing up for the annual pass will give you Diablo 3 for free..but i want the Collector's Edition. how are we supposed to go about this?
