That's been happening to a lot of people, they're called scammers. My brother has had 4 different times were people tried pulling that shit off. But, it's usually the scammer advertising one object and try to sneak in a similar (but far less valuable) object. When they're caught they don't even attempt to defend their actions, just log for a couple hours, and try again.
They really do need to modify the Auction House search options. There should be at least 4-5 searchable affixes. Limiting it to 3 is stupid when there are some items with 8+ affixes. Also yes, as has been said, there needs to be a damage range search option for sources.

Its the search function for sources sucks. I've been trying to sell my old source with 90-377 damage +int for like a week now, but because its blue or something worse yellows appear before it in the same price range.
Thats because most people are ignorant when shopping around. First of all the rare sources are all overpriced like hell. I know I can always find good deals on sources(blue ones), what I do is essentially set a price limit, then put stats I want(Ive put one for intelligence and the other time I got an mf one), then I just sort them by buyout limit and look only at the ones that have the "demi lich" figure, and look through them, Ive found high damage ones with intelligence or mf for about 200-300k.
But you are still searching through 5+ pages to find one useful source. The only stat that matters on a source is not one you can search for. +Int, +Crit, etc... mean nothing when looking for a source that's 390+ damage. Because the AH is so full of garbage, all of the prices our beyond inflated.
Or you can just (if am + 0, if pm + 12) ... not that hard yo.

We ALL use GMT+XX:XX PST = Pacific Standard Time, and last I heard the Pacific isn't in europe

Let's see, if you use Windows 7 (I don't know about Mac OS on desktops or PCs, as I don't and will never use one), you can have different time zones set up on your toolbar. So, you can have PST, EST, or GMT all on the same bar, how difficult is that?
If people can't figure out time zones without having to do any math in this day in age, your opinion is not valid.
The weapons are the problem, especially when you have a +1000dps weapon. Trying to compare 1H+OH to a 2H is a nightmare, and, unless you have excel spread sheet, it's near impossible. When decent weapons are at the very least 150k+, and the only way to determine the item is an upgrade is to buy it and compare stats/equip.

how to beat those? I have teleport it sometimes saves me but the cooldown is way too long so 3 times out of 4 i'm stuck in the jails and killed by the mortars, DIamond skin dosen,t help much dosen,t even absorb half the mortars...
I don't know man, Fast + Mortar + X seem to be the hardest for Wizards. At least with my group (usually 3 wizards). Even using the Storm Armor glyph that increases your speed by 25% + the 12% movement speed-boots, still seem to get crushed. Force Armor is worth using, since you can't outrun them, let alone the mortars, which equal instant death with 3+.
Jailer + Mortars, i never seem to have a problem with. But, diamond skin, wave of force, mirror images + duplicates or mocking demise, hydra, disintegrate/arcane orb, works pretty well.
I'm pretty blown, I pre-ordered the CE way back when it was first announced. But, when the release date was issued, the CE was removed from my open orders without warning. When I viewed my open orders, nothing was listed, so I went to pre-order it again, and it seems they are sold out.... Enraging to say the least.

Blizzard North did not leave on their own accord, the studio was closed, and the majority of employee's were shit canned. It's that simple as that.
Management disliked what Blizzard North was doing, hence starting the game from scratch and reintegrating bits and pieces of the original D3 into the revised version.
Not to mention Warcraft and Diablo have nothing in common, the genre's are completely different. However, would it be bad for the Diablo 3 team to import some of WoW's mechanics into the game? I doubt it. WoW is the most succesful MMO of all time.

I lost a bid last night on a helm with 262 int, 3.5% crit, 75 Vit, & a socket for 14million.
