But ball lightning multihits for 2x but only doesn't like 70% per hit. Don't trust tooltips.
Yup, Ball of lightning does roughly half the 155% weapon dmg per tick. That tooptip is very misleading. Also note that it's lightning dmg and elites with "Electrified" affix got huge amount of lightning res.

I didn't get anything good in the last 3 days, still it's random. Not hard to believe that this may happen from time to time.

I got 35k hp, ~700+ all res, ~4k armor, ~35k dps with 1 tick SS and I barely notice reflect damage.
