    posted a message on Curiosity about Wizard Sig Spells
    Ive been going over and over the wizard skill calculator and there seems to be 0 cold signature spells, 1 fire, and then a large number of different variations of lightning and arcane. Just curious as to why this decision might have been made. Seems like there isnt too much differentiation (only speaking in terms of elements, and signature spells of course). If I want to use fire as an early level, i can only do so by using shock pulse, with fire bolts rune. if i want to use cold, there isnt even a signature spell. I know there are early spells like frost nova that add to the elemental aspect, but they dont have the mechanic that the signature spells carry. I haven't even played the game yet, but i kinda feel like there should be a little better variation than 0 cold, 1 fire, and quite literally about 19 lightning and arcane. Seems a little odd, but i know the game will still be great!

    How in the word is Blizzard going to dub Inferno difficulty "end game" content, when it it clearly just a fourth difficulty? Ya i understand I have NOT even touched the game yet, haven't even seen the beta other than online vids, have no idea how badass diablo 3 will even really be once it's released, but judging from that one recent difficulty screenshot, how the first three emblems all generally look the same, then fucking inferno has 17 horns, lit flames, extra banner prongs yadayada yada... seriously what end game content is that when the emblem itself boasts PLAY ME PLAY ME PLAY ME PLAY ME... ya we all know inferno is way harder than hell, with given incentive to play the campaign through and through.. but how is that different than the past difficulty, HELL? are the worldstone events and uber baal a forgotten project? cause last i remember they were pretty damn fun.. anyone with me? someone help!!!

    Not only is this a viable WD build without using permanent summons or pets, but this build is almost entirely catered to the fire caster WD. Once again, if their are any fire immunes, this build wont be very effective, but that aside I feel like this coiuld be very fun and interesting to experiment with. Just something about choosing every skill with a fire rune effect seems very intriguing to me, I hope I'm not alone on this.

    In response to your classic D2 cold sorc build, I felt it necessary to construct a similar D2 FIRE build using classic spells with a fresh new twist using added skill rune effects. Like you said in your post, if there are any 100 percent fire immunes out there, this build is pretty much worthless. But if not this will be a very fun build, putting out substantial damage, with decent survivabilty for those later difficulties. Let me know what you guys think.!
